@Chulbulpanda420 It's a myth that someone learns more and skills are improvized by seeing 250 patients in a day. It's the other way round, learning plateaus and one will learn only a quick fix methods of solution and associated with that lack of empathy many times.

- You see 250 patients in the OPD on alternate days and 40 patients in the wards.
- There are 2 first-year PG residents (PG-1), 2 second-year postgraduate residents, and 2 third-year PG residents.
- There are also 3 senior resident doctors.
- Postgraduate residents are regularly required to work as lab attendants, OT attendants, peons, etc.
- Many doctors work more than 84 hours per week.
-My questions are:
1. Is it ethical to expect doctors to see such a large number of patients with this level of manpower?
2. Are patients receiving proper attention and adequate care under these conditions?
3. If any negligence occurs, who will be held responsible?
-Final question:
Why are we not fixing a proper doctor-to-patient ratio in government hospitals?

@rjVACHAS One would be spending 3 years in internal medicine prior to DM Endo or ID. An awareness of the various superspecialities is needed for the cross talk on the clinical side i feel.

Since the war started all the renewable energy stocks are on the move -
Few are just breaking into stage 2 as well now. And the results have been good continuously.
Makes sense to study them!!
