@CoachDanGo Boring list on paper. Completely different life when you actually do it.
The hard part isn’t knowing. Everyone knows. It’s making it the default when life is pulling in every other direction.

@hannahapexfit Pastries before race day are fuel.
Context matters more than the food itself.
English

@chiragbarjatya When did whoop added “fled the state” activity ?
English

@FitKateFitness In India “very hot” has its own subcategories 😄
English

@PrateetJain 😁 Yes, that's an argument; there's simply a difference between hot and very hot.

☀️🏃♀️ What an incredible day! Bright sunshine and 25°C – perfect running weather! I planned a nice easy 2.2 km run… but obviously got a little overmotivated and jumped straight into zone 4 😂 Are you more of a sun runner who loves the warmth, or do you prefer running when it’s cooler? #Running #SundayRun

@CoachPauI Found out the hard way.
Skipped carbs before a heavy session. Couldn’t lift what I lifted the week before. Had to drop the weight mid-workout.
Now on double session days I eat around 350g carbs. No apologies.
Turns out the carbs weren’t the enemy. Skipping them was.
English

@whosthatmiss Chilled water after a long run in Indian summer heat.
Pineapple juice doesn’t stand a chance.
English

@Jungle__Jay That context makes sense, modern life already pulls us forward, so the correction needs to go the other way. Fair point.
English

@PrateetJain Modern life pulls us anteriorly. Computer. Phones. Driving. etc
Then people over-train the "mirror muscles"
This is why I encourage training back half of the body more to create balance

@Dearme2_ Men who don’t drink or smoke, how do you deal with stress?
For me sleep on it, laugh it out, or sit with the right people.
Most stress doesn’t survive a good night’s sleep or 10 minutes with friends who make you forget about it.
English

@garlicbr3ad4lyf Low fat milk hai na, thoda sasta bhi hoga.
2 packets le lo, protein requirement toh poori hogi atleast 😅
English

@KettlebellDan Walk after every meal.
Sounds boring. Dropped body fat from 22% to 18% doing this alongside training.
Most people obsess over the gym and ignore what they do the other 23 hours.
English

@mango_mastani had this exact convo with a friend. he wanted a day off, made up a sick excuse. i asked him why can’t you just say ‘i don’t feel like working today, i have leaves’, he said bro this is corporate, it doesn’t work like that.
and that’s exactly the problem
English

@thegarybrecka My back starts telling me before any timer does.
Walk after meals. Stretch between calls. Get off the screen before my eyes start burning.
Body gives you signals. Most people just ignore them until it’s too late.
English

Your body was not designed to sit for 8 hours a day.
Every hour of unbroken sitting compresses your spine, shuts down glute activation, spikes blood glucose, and reduces circulation to your brain.
Set a timer for 50 minutes. When it goes off, stand up. Walk to get water. Do 10 air squats. Take 10 deep nasal breaths.
Two minutes of movement per hour changes your metabolic trajectory completely.
Start the timer right now.
English

@mistrustme1 Cheating on what exam exactly?
Smith machine exists to give you better stability and control. Used it when I was stuck on barbell bench for months, chest finally started growing.
Train what works for your body. Nobody is grading you.

@SahilBloom Mere parents kehte the - jaldi so, jaldi utho, kasrat karo, ye din bhar aalsi ki tarah pade rhte ho.
Thought it was just Indian parent gyaan.
Turns out they were right. More time, more energy, better mood.
Not half the problems. All of them.
English

@shruchive Last Monday. Slept late. Woke up tired. Every reason not to go.
Went anyway.
Came back more refreshed than I would have been if I’d slept in.
The hardest part isn’t the workout. It’s the 10 minutes before you leave the house.
English

@catmomtobe Tried strict dieting. Lasted two weeks.
If you don’t enjoy what you’re eating it won’t stick. Find the protein sources you can actually live with, even if it’s boring tempeh twice a day.
Harsh on yourself never becomes a lifestyle.
