I have a problem. I applied for convocation for bcom 2012 batch in April 2021 and I have their payment receipt also. Now ksou is saying they don't issue for colobration students. Please help. If they take money, how they can reject now #ksou @KSOU_NEWS @Ratnaprabha_IAS
