As a Marine who deployed with the 31st MEU as an 0331 machine gunner. I want to let you know those boys give zero fucks about going in there and obeying orders from the commander in chief. They look forward to it. Have trained for it since day 1. Been the first kids on their block to want the confirmed kill. Shit gets real when they open up the magazine on the ship and start passing out live ammo. But your dick gets hard, know what I'm saying? You think I give a fuck about the politics when I'm holding that 240? LOL I AM A WAR FIGHTING MACHINE, LET ME IN COACH!!!! That is the attitude to be the best. If you don't have it they will just cycle you out like the bitch that you are. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When this is over, the western part of NATO will never be the same. Spain, England, France and Italy have sold us out, as they too often have a history of doing. Eastern European nations are the heart of NATO. They spend money on defense, know how to fight and love the US. France particularly deserves fault and blame. From supporting China and Russia at the UN to denying Americans overflight rights, they’re doing what they’ve always done - showing weakness, while cutting deals with terrorists. (The reason the US has a Marine Corps and Navy is unlike France, we refused to pay a ransom to the Barbary Pirates. France is always happy to cut a deal.) Wars have unintended consequences as nations show their true colors. NATO will never be the same, and Western European weakness and acquiescence is the cause.

@BasedMikeLee You are a weapons grade cockwomble. You can't leave NATO on a whim. There are steps which must be adhered to, including within your own system of government, and to which agreement must be sought and obtained. By the time Trump is wiped out in the midterms, it'll be a moot point.

I’ll save you some time on the Iran address: • It’s Biden’s fault • 48 hours • Two weeks • Some incoherent gibberish • We’ve won • We are way ahead of schedule • It’s a little excursion • We have obliterated them • We’ve knocked out all their ships • I could open up the Strait of Hormuz • Go get your own oil • They gave us a present • NATO are cowards • Something about Nuclear weapons • Allies are useless • We need allies • Nobody’s ever seen anything like it • Fake news • DEMOCRATS • Obama • More gibberish • I know more than the generals • Greatest foreign policy ever Am I missing anything?

@chrisluxonmp Bore off, Luxon. All you did was leverage the extra tax revenue that the higher cost of fuel was generating for your administration. You then picked a nice fluffy demographic to give it to while giving the rest of us the middle finger. You assume everyone is as stupid as you.

Global conflict is pushing up fuel prices, and I know some Kiwis may be worried about supply or whether restrictions could be needed. Here’s what you need to know. Our first priority in managing the impact of global fuel disruption is ensuring New Zealand has the fuel we need to protect jobs, livelihoods and the wider economy. Right now, there’s no need for fuel restrictions. New Zealand has sufficient supply, and we’re planning ahead to stay that way. We’ve updated our National Fuel Plan to make sure New Zealand is well positioned to respond to any disruption, whatever the global environment brings. Higher prices are putting pressure on households, so we’re providing targeted, temporary support to low and middle-income families to help with the cost of fuel. We’ve targeted that support to ensure we help working families under pressure, without repeating the mistakes of Covid, where massive spending drove up debt and pushed inflation to a 32-year high. We cannot control global oil markets or international conflicts, but sticking to a careful economic plan is how we can get through this global shock and protect New Zealand’s future.

Parents are right to ask whether Hipkins raised questions when concerns about 12-17 year olds were put to him. Transparency is essential to building and maintaining trust, and it underpins our focus on lifting immunisation rates so Kiwi kids get the best possible start in life.

Careful! Can't remind the "real Star Trek fans" on this platform form what real Star Trek is and is meant to be. They get angry and abusive - - especially when you block them for being angry and abusive! @jondelarroz , for example, has no understanding of Gene Roddenberry's vision.
Chris Vorderbruggen@FatherChrisVor1

@RobertPicardo “Star Trek was an attempt to say that humanity will reach maturity and wisdom on the day that it begins not just to tolerate, but to take a special delight in differences in ideas and differences in life forms.” — Gene Roddenberry, creator of “Star Trek”

Speaking to reporters earlier at the White House, President Trump mentions and vaguely talks about a mysterious “present” given to the United States yesterday by Iran: “Because they're going to make a deal. They're going to make a deal. They did something yesterday that was amazing, actually. They gave us a present, and the present arrived today. It was a very big present worth a tremendous amount of money. And I'm not going to tell you what that present is, but it was a very significant prize. And they gave it to us, and they said they were going to give it. So that meant one thing to me, we’re dealing with the right people. No, it wasn't nuclear related. It was oil and gas related. And it was a very nice thing they did.”

@CadetMisty TNG was already sold by the time it aired, and it continued to be sold across multiple stations/countries. Nothing like this shite that pretends it's Trek.
