@Pres1eyf @hughbileee @LookAtMyMeat1 The writing of this film is the dishonour. They retconned the founding of the Earth Kingdom, repeated the same mistakes with the avatar state as LoK and reused entire plot lines from LoK. All after LoK retconned a lot of Aangs own growth. Tim should be ashamed.

He's not himself in this movie at all and the entire movie repeats the same problems Korra had when it came to portraying the Avatar's strength.

@Pres1eyf @junkothemachine Also I don’t think you are aware that Airbenders can regulate the temperature around them and the air they bend lmao. It’s why they can go anywhere with such light cloths. We literally saw Aang blow cold air and solidify lava BEFORE he could master water bending

Because it's waisted potential and kinda of a nothing burger.
I mean, originally, I thought they were going with the possibility of a tyrant avatar who attempted achieving peace and balance a different way by having a disciple like Toppq... showing that the Avatar is not infallible even with the guidance of past lives, but that reveals that she was the kindest and most powerful ever... meh.
So much could've been done... and it all just felt... meh. 5.6/10 good animation, but I felt nothing. Especially as they added Korra lore and BS into it all.
