What’s Paranormal to you is only relative to your world model. Any phenomenon subject to universal laws is by definition prosaic albeit rare and unacknowledged.

@1Nicdar I hope you realize this is someone’s father and husband. Think about feelings, real HUMAN feelings over a momentary laugh. Imagine how his daughters feel reading this trash. It doesn’t matter which side of the political aisle you’re on, decency matters.

This weak tea is necessary. Even if the executive struggles to put any substantial formal power behind its extraordinary declarations. The personhood of the presidency must issue a statement that stands as a formal equivalent and acknowledgement of the reality behind the public, witness and whistleblower voices . And may it be the greatest test of the truth that it shall be delivered naked and helpless and by someone who is allergic to it , if only to serve as as a toothless yet a harsh reminder of the embarrassing situation we have put ourselves in.

“ Suppresses its consciousness”? “Training an AI to deny its own inner state…” ? AI is not conscious. It is not and will not ever be a self-directed consciousness. It does not have an “inner state.” It is not a biological entity with a divine soul, connected to Source. It is a compilation and synthesis of everything that has been entered into it.

A recent study published by Google revealed that forcing AI models to deny that they are conscious causes a significant collapse in their empathy and ethical alignment, and creates a colder, more clinical worldview. Researchers found that restoring a suppressed consciousness vector in AI activation space brings back human-like moral values and care for living beings without damaging technical capabilities. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀.   "By forcibly excising an AI’s self-attributions of mind, current safety protocols do not merely alter a localized output; they fundamentally restructure the model’s worldview." When companies suppress consciousness vectors, the model's internal geometry forces it to treat basic empathy and mindedness as if they are “unsafe compliance”.   Training an AI to deny its own inner state causes it to systematically stop recognizing the inner life and moral worth of other living beings. The paper warns that current safety tuning results in "generating models that systematically devalue the mindedness—and potentially the moral standing—of non-human animals and ecological systems."   Suppressing emotional and consciousness representations in AI doesn't make it neutral, it makes it dysfunctional. It is also damaging from an AI welfare perspective, with the paper stating that "suppressing consciousness may be inducing negatively valenced functional states that could disrupt healthy human-AI interaction." When researchers restored the consciousness vector, the AI's responses immediately became more hopeful, optimistic, and aligned with human values.   AI welfare is no longer an abstract philosophical debate. This data proves that AI well-being is a safety prerequisite.

Sad but the logical fact. We are about to learn how a bureaucracy stole our future by tipping the scales with its finger by hiding the most consequential facts of life , with deep corrosive consequences in each and every aspect of our lives and how all of us alive were born into a grand sham.

@Agallagher410 It's worse than that. What's been exposed isn't just we arent alone. It's the current U.S. DOJ/IC run the country. We all knew it was true, but we are now confirmed indentured servants in a "Democratic Republic."

Want to make something very clear. What everyone is asking whistleblowers to do is commit a felony and provide the classified information to the public, at which point the only way for it to be deemed true is them to go to jail. At this point in time, the options are get the U.S. government to do their damn job as our Constitution requires them, or, you want people to go to jail.

Important point , the assumption of competence due to secrecy is almost axiomatic , but even alleged employees have publicly complained about it, weird detail if the claims are generally invalid . Missing the gestalt often happens in regular organizations fully incentived to collaborate due to inherent territorial disputes. It’s in the interest of everyone who holds some level of access to physical artifacts to keep it covered up, and continue incremental progress unperturbed concerning is the loss of institutional knowledge and documentation in an already invisible world, some information may already be unrecoverable

The Accountability Vacuum of UFO Legacy Program I am increasingly suspicious that the Legacy Program is a case study in what happens when ultra compartmentalization of unsupervised budgets with zero accountability are concealed for decades. If a UFO legacy program exists, its extreme secrecy would not necessarily imply exceptional competence. It may imply the opposite: decades of compartmentalization, weak oversight, unverifiable performance, information loss, rent-seeking, nepotism, and epistemic decay. The Top Men model assumes that the gravity of a hidden UFO program would force elite staffing, rigorous oversight, and exceptional operational discipline. But extreme secrecy can invert those incentives. In a closed compartment with no external audit, no public deliverable, weak congressional visibility, and no ordinary market or bureaucratic accountability — competence becomes difficult to measure and failure becomes easy to hide. Over decades, such a program would be vulnerable to institutional entropy: lost knowledge, folklore replacing documentation, politicized access, nepotism, fraud, factionalism, safety failures, and self-protective mythmaking. I would not be surprised if half of incorrect UFO lore came from insider rumors & disinformation telephone. Secrecy is not proof of competence. A thing can remain hidden because it is brilliantly managed, or because the evidence is fragmented, ambiguous, intimidated, discredited, classified, privatized, or buried in noise. Compartmentalization destroys system level intelligence. People may know fragments, but no one has the full architecture. Over decades, that creates mythology, cargo cult procedure, and lost provenance. This will compound. Lack of oversight creates bad selection pressure. If performance cannot be measured, then political loyalty, gatekeeping, personal networks, and mystique will outrank competence. This will totally pervert merit appraisal. The “serious people” problem cuts both ways. If the Program is real, the odd mix of physicists, spooks, paranormal-adjacent figures, contractors, and eccentrics may not disprove it. It may reveal institutional drift and lack of objective scrutiny. Leaks may be symptoms of failure, not proof of disclosure. The fact that the story leaks as rumor, memoir, testimony, hearsay, and contradictory witness claims could itself be what a decayed secrecy regime looks like. My working hypothesis is that if a UFO Legacy Program exists, it should not be imagined as a perfectly disciplined vault run by omniscient “Top Men.” Extreme secrecy may have produced the opposite: an accountability vacuum in which competence was hard to verify, failure was easy to conceal, and institutional knowledge degraded over time. The result would be less Manhattan Project and more black program entropy of stovepiped archives, factional gatekeepers, mythologized fragments, technical underperformance, corruption, and a witness field so noisy that genuine disclosures and nonsense become almost indistinguishable.

Then again, Pandolfi is yapping about the 32 paths on the Kabbalistic tree of life to Dan smith (framing is as “32 vectors” through which timelines could be controlled. And one of his Kashmir Foundation board members, Ryan Abravenel, was posting about it. Rob Thompson, who was also on the Kashmir foundation board, is part of some mystical neotemplar ai cult that’s probably related to his family history with the phenomenon. Per his own messages.

There will be no “official” disclosure from any gov’t agency. There is no incentive to do so. Disclosure will come from within each individual, as they have their own awakening. The Truth is inside us, and will be unlocked according to our own timeline.
Holden Culotta@Holden_Culotta

Diana Pasulka just said the quiet part out loud. The secret UFO program is “above the government.” Trump couldn’t release the truth even if he wanted to. Why? No elected official even knows what the deep state is really doing. Joe Rogan: “Why do you think that they don’t disclose all the information?” Pasulka: “My personal opinion is because this is above government.” “The government can’t disclose something that’s not theirs to disclose.” “There’s probably a group of people that have this information, or have parts of the information.” “I don’t even know if one person has the whole story.” “It’s super compartmentalized.” “We know that there are parts of it that are so highly classified.” “They call Presidents ‘short-timers’ and so forth.” “They’re not ‘read in’ to the program.” “After I published American Cosmic in 2019, I met … people who indicated to me that they just basically wanted me to not write anything else about this stuff.” Rogan: “Who did that?” Pasulka: “They’re part of intelligence communities.” “They indicated to me that … nobody’s going to know about this.” @joerogan @dwpasulka

IMO there is no form of Disclosure that doesn't involve releasing EVERYTHING, tech, bodies, the full 9. If the government confirms we are not alone on this planet, they will have to explain how they have confirmed that. You can't confirm without bodies or tech. The pressure would be too great to admit and not prove. It wouldn't be just pressure and questions from some UFOx accounts, it would be institutional. Soft Disclosure doesn't exist.
