@AdamKoffler I could easily afford to pay 25% of my salary for a mortgage...the issue is, there are zero homes in my area for sale with a monthly mortgage at that amount. I'm not even sure there are meth dens that would be that cheap (thats not because I make no $, just that 25% isn't much).

@dwightjaynes I kinda thought if they wanted to be a serious attraction, they should invest in some kind of cover for the area so people would be able to use more of the year.
