Moore provided a statement to a panel of critical leaders in relation to this issue hosted by United States Senator @SenKevinCramer, which also included Governor @GovArmstrong , U.S. @SenJohnHoeven, Peggy Browne, Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator for Water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and D. Lee Forsgren, Assistant Secretary for Civil Works at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. .@LifeLinkIII joined Primacy Strategy Group on the Hill last week to brief bipartisan staff from both chambers on innovative solutions to strengthen rural healthcare access through specialized air medical transport and rapid critical care response. Together, we focused on the Rural Emergency Care Crisis and introduced the Rapid Critical Access Support Program (RCASP)—a forward-thinking model that empowers air medical clinicians to provide on-site or virtual stabilization before transport decisions are made. This approach would improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary transfers and costs, and help preserve rural hospital revenue while ensuring timely access to advanced care. A sincere thank you to the dedicated House and Senate staff who engaged in this important dialogue and are working toward solutions that bring lifesaving care closer to the communities that need it most.

Health&PensionWORKS had the privilege to facilitate a roundtable conversation with @RepBryanSteil to discuss the coalition’s top healthcare and pension priorities at the federal level. Congratulations to Primacy Strategy Group clients @EssentiaHealth, and the @cityofmoorhead on their partnership to revitalize Moorhead’s downtown and river walk.  Essentia is donating over $1 million to support The Loop, the future home of the Moorhead Public Library and Community Center, and enhancements to the River Corridor Trail, including the newly named Essentia Health River Walk. City residents will look forward to the enhanced quality of life this project will provide for the future of the community, and the many benefits of this continued partnership moving forward. A warm congratulations to a dear friend of the firm, Levi Bachmeier, upon his appointment as North Dakota’s incoming Superintendent of Public Instruction! As superintendent, Bachmeier will lead the team that is responsible for overseeing the education of students in over 223 public and nonpublic school districts across the state. In this role, Superintendent Bachmeier will also serve on more than a dozen key state boards—including the Education Standards and Practices Board, the Elementary Education Coordination Council, and the Board of University and School Lands, which manages state-owned lands and oversees a $7.3 billion trust fund benefiting North Dakota’s public schools. We also wish his predecessor, Kirsten Baesler, great success in her new role as the Assistant Secretary for K-12 education for the US Department of Education.
