And removing things like bag valve mask ventilation - is that really going to improve pediatric residency training or health care for children?

@urmed02 My biggest concern is having non-Neo trained pediatricians out in community labor and delivery settings and Level 2 without the skill set to be able to effectively provide bag-mask ventilation, or put in an emergency UVC.
