Currently we have implemented an Emergency Response Plan which I am overseeing, that is aimed at opening up washed away roads and repairing bridges to enable accessibility in Chimanimani in the shortest time possible. Contractors are on the ground as we speak.

@PrinceDubeko This may be your opinion but remember that the universe is bigger than the opinion of a single individual. I have my opinion but I must accept that what may be rational to me need not be rational to another. We can argue about legitimacy but the bus has left the station of it.

Is it competent to expect the person of the President to be some form of a clairvoyant? What if the trip was planned in advance without the knowledge of what nature had in store? Let us not seek to make a President some little God who must cease to have human properties in him.
