Some undeniable facts for all those who somehow think "USA is losing" in Iran:
1. Iran had the most sophisticated Russian and Chinese radar and anti-aircraft defenses. They have proven utterly useless. They have been completely dismantled. Not a single USA or even Israeli aircraft has been shot down. Not one. They enjoy such total air superiority that even A10s and Apaches, which I could outrun in my car, can fly with impunity anywhere they wish.
2. Iran's offensive capability has been reduced to zero. Their armed forces can't even take the field, they are all cowering in civilian areas in deep bunkers. The only reason they have not been all killed is because the USA wants to limit civilian casualties. If this was WW2, they would have been totally wiped out. It would have been the biggest massacre in the history of warfare.
The lesson intelligent people will take from this is that if you buy Russian or Chinese defense systems, you are completely wasting your money: the USA can take them all out at will, at zero cost. If I were running a Russian defense company, I would be mentally preparing myself for unemployment.

Been testing to see if a certain molecule can persevere deep sleep despite violating circadian principles
Slept 2 hours post normal time, blasted blue light until bed time and restricted sleep to 6 hours
Usually that means ~1 hour of deep sleep for me. Somehow deep architecture was preserved. Didn’t expect this to be orally bioavailable
