This woman was awoken to a loud crash, she ran down stairs and saw that the dryer fell off of the washer. She’s here alone and tried to pick it back up but it’s just too heavy. The only thing she could think of is to call 9-1-1. The police and fire department came out and was able to help her put it back. She’s being heavily criticized for calling an emergency line for what they consider a non emergency. But if you are a woman living alone with nobody to help you when something like this happens, was it appropriate for her to call 9-1-1?

Men! Please pay attention. I attended a wedding recently. The Save the Date, official invitation, and reminder texts all stated guests are to wear ALL BLACK COCKTAIL ATTIRE. One woman was in green. She asked me in the ladies’ room if there was a dress code, I told her yes. She was a plus one and her date only told her to wear a nice dress. She was the only one in attendance who wasn’t in black. She was beautifully dressed, but still, HE should have told her. Details are important, fellas.

Dad died late last year. His passport revealed that he made several trips to Thailand, telling my Mum that he was staying with his brother in Ireland. I also found a shit load of viagara in his shed. Haven't told anyone, yet.

And I just felt so shitty inside. I went to Millennium Park and rode the carousel like some psycho loner. And you know what? He calls me half an hour later like "where are you?" Meaning he was talking to her that whole half hour and didn't even notice I was gone. I'm gonna eat some ice cream now, maybe cry, and fuck it - I'm done going on dates.😭😭
