@BritishGas Absolutely abominable service, been on the phone for 12 hours, been sent to pillar and post. Have no heating or hot water. Have called 21 times, been promised someone would come out today. Have a daughter with chronic lung disease! Absolute joke!

@dhlexpressuk very disappointed, was supposed to have £100 of fresh meat arriving today, just been told it’ll be delivered tomorrow. Unacceptable it’s fresh meat!
