@azamuddin91 Have you tried running it in worker mode? It won't make it faster, but it will run asynchronously.

If only @prismjs could reduce it's execution time to 500ms.. probably performance score would increase. Unfortunately prism.js has great features around code highlight #nextjs

@adi_________ You can always search the repo and see which components come up. E.g. github.com/PrismJS/prism/… looks like it's used in a bunch of langs, often as alias, but not in the ones you're using. deleted seems to be used primarily in Diff Agreed there should be a better way to show this!

@prismjs That's my problem, I didn't see them in any language until now, I used some CSS, some HTML, some JavaScript and some Shell. But no `.token.symbol` or `.token.deleted` yet. I only saw them in `prism.css`. So a little snippet with those tokens in ANY language would be great?

@prismjs Do you have an IRC chanel? Also, what do `.token.symbol` and `.token.deleted` stand for?

It's been a whirlwind week with #wwdc18 going on, but that hasn't stopped things from moving forward here! Added source code highlighting via @prismjs and have two new guides coming on Monday: One to do with fonts, and the other with testing. Stay tuned!

@zachphillips If you know regular expressions, that's all you need to write it! Take a look at the existing language definitions and the docs here: prismjs.com/extending.html If you don't know JS, you can post a new issue, and maybe someone will make it!

@prismjs Any chance you guys could add a language definition for Fountain? (fountain.io) If not, would it be pretty easy for me to do so?

TIL there is a Chrome extension that highlights open CSS, JS etc files using @prismjs! chrome.google.com/webstore/detai… Tried it and it works great! Thanks @L3au_! Sent a PR already :)
