wtf is wrong w/ lensa, @PrismaAI? its suddenly impossible to scroll thru an entire album to select pictures for magic avatars get half way thru and suddenly I'm redirected to a different album w/o any of the pics I want. looking like my annual subscription won't be getn renewed in two weeks lol. oh well. their loss

@dogemontana Hi, sorry to hear about this issue! Could you provide more details or share a video showing what happens when you try to scroll through the album? This will help us better understand the problem and assist you. 🙏

@Aljalil Hi! You can still use the old Avatars models and get cartoon pictures :) Just click on the Settings button in the top right corner on the Magic Avatars screen and select the Artistic1 or Artistic2 model 😉️.

What's this ??? @PrismaAI I have already set camera permission, but there isn't any storage permission. I did this thrice, after uninstalling and installing the app again 🤷🏻‍♂️

@PrismaAI, I paid for the #Lensa magic avatar pack on Sunday, and it apparently glitched because I didn't get the pack ordered. However, that didn't stop you from charging my credit card. Emailed your support same day, 4 days later no response. What gives? About to dispute w/ CC.
