@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw I'm currently on board Gorkhdham Express(12556) which runs from Bhatinda to Gorakhpur. The train is late by almost 2.15 hours. Can I understand the reason? How accountable is the railway ministry for this delay?

@drmljn @RailwaySeva Vaishali who departs from NDLS at 8:40 has reached just 30-40 mins late at GKP. Why is GORAKHDHAM late? Why was it late yesterday as well? What are these operational constraints? If you're late daily, what is the action being taken or is the customer just expected to suffer?

@RailwaySeva Well it is marked as closed with unsatisfactory response. Reason is stated as delay from origin, while it was not even 30 mins late till NDLS. I want a proper resolution - 1) A proper resolution, why is it being stopped at random stations? 2) How will I be compensated here?
