4th Virtual Training session of the week with longtime ProForm athlete and University of British Columbia rising sophomore, Alexander Hillyard. Four sessions per week in the off-seasons is typical for Alex…he’s the most consistent K/P we’ve ever had, with both training sessions and successful kicks! This is incredible commitment…and it reminds me a lot of myself at his age! The ultimate result of my hard work and dedication ended up being a 9 year NFL career…but I didn’t know it at that time. I just wanted to be as good as I could be, and whatever level that got me to, I had to be ok with. Understand what mechanical kicking is first, get good at mechanics, then test…see what the mechanics do to the ball, rather than what “you” make the ball do! Stop using goal posts & “small targets.” But only if u understand #ProFormKicking! #ProFormVirtual #EvolveWithProForm
