THIS GUY BUILT A DEAD SIMPLE APP STORE SCREENSHOT MAKER app store screenshots are one of those things that look easy but take forever to get right you need the right device frame, the right dimensions for each phone size, text overlays, background colors, and it all has to look professional or nobody downloads your app most indie devs spend hours in figma doing it manually this guy just made a tool where you drop in your screenshot and it handles everything there's still a gap in the market for a proper AI powered screenshot creator that auto generates the whole thing from your app screens most tools in this space try to do too much and this one just does the one thing you actually need if you're shipping an app and dreading the screenshot process this will save you HOURS of work you were never going to enjoy doing anyway

After using the iPad Pro for over 8+ years, I genuinely think it’s one of the craziest pieces of consumer tech ever made and we take it for granted. ✨ Ultra thin and ridiculously light ⚡ M-series performance that still feels overkill 🎨 Incredible OLED display for media + creative work 🧠 Handles work, gaming, editing, and entertainment without breaking a sweat 🔋 Battery life still impresses me daily ⌨️ Paired with the Magic Keyboard, it honestly feels like the future of computing And honestly… I know people still love to say “the iPad isn’t a real computer.” But for a LOT of people… it absolutely is. 👨‍💻 Runs entire businesses 🎬 Edits full YouTube videos ✍️ Handles school + office work 🎨 Used by artists and creatives every day 📧 Manages emails, meetings, multitasking, and workflows with ease The reality is most people don’t need a traditional computer anymore, and the iPad Pro proves that every single day. Still my favorite Apple product ever made. What’s your favorite thing about the iPad Pro right now, and what's one thing you still need it to do? 👇

Also in Power On: Apple is planning a new modular face in watchOS 27 that features a large clock and three small complications underneath. Details here — bloomberg.com/news/newslette…

@markgurman He back tracking.... Apple Vision Pros fans are just Apple nerds who are vocal like all Apple fans. If failed and there is nothing Apple can do, would still fail maybe even at $500.

The other thing I've learned: the Vision Pro has perhaps the most passionate fans of any Apple product on social media. They want to see the product they dropped four grand on -- or their spatial app/content businesses -- succeed. Obviously. Apple will succeed here.
Mark Gurman@markgurman

Incredible amount of false info right now on AVP. Truths: Glasses are the priority; Enclosed headsets are on ice for now; visionOS isn't dead; the Vision Products Group was split up and many parts of it were moved elsewhere; no hand control on first display-less glasses/AirPods.

@AlexReframe Doesn't matter what Apple wants. No one is buying it nor wants it. Now for 300 maybe 500 it would sell for games etc like the Meta.

@benz145 Dude no one wants it. Give up the ghost and move one. It flopped just like the Apple car. Apple was coasting on Steve Jobs iPhone. Tim Cook's biggest failures was the Apple car, the Apple Vision Pro and Apple intelligence.

The biggest reason I believe Apple isn’t giving up on Vision Pro is that I’m certain the people at the company are smart enough to understand that they built something genuinely incredible that just hasn’t yet found product-market fit. The good news is that the path to PMF is obvious: make it cheaper and make it lighter. The bad news is that actually achieving cheaper and lighter is a massive challenge! I don’t think Apple is giving up Vision Pro or VisionOS, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they have new price/weight goals internally, and will wait years to reach those goals before launching a new Vision device.

The 3x Telephoto is dead According to @UniverseIce, Galaxy S27 Ultra completely eliminates the 3x Telephoto and will rely on the 200mp Main camera for short distance zoom

I just had DeepSeek V4 find and fix 8 memory leaks that were causing crashes in code written by Claude Opus 4.7. DeepSeek found them all and fixed them in minutes, at a total cost of maybe three pennies. DeepSeek is amazingly good at coding and bug fixing. And it costs almost nothing to use, even the Pro version. Best harness? OpenCode.

Ternus has a unique chance to reset the relationship between developers and Apple: 1) Tear down the App Store tollbooth, 2) reintroduce Boot Camp for M macs so we can run Linux on them, and 3) fix the infuriating 500ms workspace animation delay. Approval rating +50% instantly.

The iPad's external display support is underrated. I connected my iPad to a Studio Display and ran Workbench. Now my headless Mac mini (back in Minneapolis) is running full-screen on a 27" display in Ohio. Remote Mac on a Studio Display through an iPad. Pretty wild. 🤯

@Techjunkie_Aman I have like 35 containers for a company that is heavily in the Google Workspace realm. I cant log in and out, I just open different tabs each with its own Google account I manage. Been using Firefox for ever, this is tempting to go to a Chromium browser now that there is a choice
