There is a significant gap between how confidently organizations talk about AI and how effectively they are actually using it. @Deloitte's 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report puts real numbers behind that reality. Surveyed companies have expanded worker access to AI tools by 50% in just one year. But among those workers with access, fewer than 60% use it in their daily workflow. Only 25% of organizations have moved more than 40% of their AI experiments into production, and 84% of companies have not redesigned jobs or work itself around AI capabilities.
