🔍 Ascending Aortic Aneurysm Repair: The “Unicorn Aneurysm” 5.4 ascending phenotype, mild to moderate AI. Using a 28mm interposition graft (clamp-on technique), job done . Downsizing the sinotubular junction led to excellent aortic valve function, with only trace AI.
