The Pistons finally found themselves and restored order. The team you saw in Game 7 was the one that won the East by 4 games. Daniss finally found his place alongside Cade. BUT ... if Franz had remained healthy, Orlando holds onto that 24-point G6 lead and advances.

I think Orlando wins this series if Franz Wagner stays healthy. You know what? Denver got the injury reprieve and still lost. Boston got three Embiid-less games and still lost. Detroit got lucky. It's also eight wins away from the Finals and all is forgiven if they get there.

Three minutes for Stew and Reed and nine for Duren in the second. Duren gave them nothing. Their issues go much deeper than the center position, but really hard to understand the long stint for Duren when he's struggled on both ends all series.

@HonoluluBlues_ Minimal. If Orlando hit their foul shots they would have closed it out last night. We leave everyone open from 3 and have this entire series. The Magic finally started hitting. No one else stepped up offensively outside of Unc again.

I do not think Detroit will come back from 3-1. I hope they do but I don’t think they can. I expect them to win tonight and lose game 6 in Orlando. That’s what I think is most likely to happen. However, if Orlando lets it get to game 7 in DET, DET will be in the 2nd round.

There’s a player that if DET pulled and played a different player much more they would likely not be down 3-1. But, there’s just not a reality where JB could flat out bench a player like that without completely sending a message that’s almost impossible to come back from.

@DetroitOnLion I’m old enough to remember the last time we were down 3-1 to the Magic. We won game 5, then won a hard fought pivotal game 6 in Orlando and Ben Wallace was yelling “we’re going back to the D!!” We kicked their ass in game 7

@KuKhahil Now I'm officially worried. I'm going to say it again, the Pistons should have never traded Jaden Ivey. They should have sat him out until he was completely healthy.

If I told you in a game where: -Ausar has maybe the best game of his life -Tobias has 23 and multiple big time buckets -Cade scores 12 in the fourth and gives a lead with two minutes left You’d think Detroit won. And there’s *multiple* reasons the didn’t. By far and away the #1 reason is Jalen Duren, who is supposed to be their secondary scorer and big man who dominates the paint, has completely fallen apart on offense. The trickle down effect on JB because he can’t trust Duren to be that guy right now is killer.
