@BarisaMark very complicated issues in play, as "divesting" from select companies requires detailed review of portfolios, "grouped" (e.g., "mutual") funds, and there is a lot of subjectivity in the review process.

Serious question for my research/academic colleagues - How do the protests and, if successful, demands for divestment (from one side) and defund (by the other side) impact research dollars to our universities?

@psychTJH just messing.... it's a self-taught program, regardless of how it is introduced... the more you use R, the better you get with it, but I view SPSS syntax as the "gateway code"

@OlinoTom Looking back I wish my undergrad and MS program pushed other packages more. Getting into mplus and R now requires so much more time yet they help answer more advanced questions spss which maxes out.
