I use AI a lot for benchmarking, but in this case I think there is just really limited data. I realize that is just 30s, but that's a 4min mile pace. Average is BAD at stuff. I would have guessed more like 50s.
When I ran XC in HS, probably half the team was over 35s when we did 200m sprint-repeats (with decent rest).
