I run my google ads with @openclaw for $0/month 😱 here's the system that runs autonomously: step 1: map what you're actually spending → agent pulls every keyword from your @GoogleAds account → classifies intent: buyers, researchers, comparison shoppers, freebie hunters → tells you if overspending on clicks or if you're buying the wrong ones step 2: kill waste before it compounds → @OpenClaw flags keywords burning budget with NO buying intent → specific negatives that won't kill your good traffic by accident → one account: 23% of spend on research queries. zero conversions. gone. step 3: separate winners from losers → buyers and researchers in the same ad group = bids optimizing against trash → agent shows you exactly which ad groups to break up → clean signal in, clean decisions out step 4: write ads from real buyer language → agent reads what your converting searchers actually type → generates RSAs from their words, → not templates. not Google's auto-AI. patterns from YOUR winners step 5: apply with instant undo → every change is a draft. dry run. confirm. done. → negatives, pauses, budget shifts w/ full audit trail → nothing hits your account without you saying yes step 6: morning brief + memory that compounds → /google-ads daily = what matters today. 90 seconds. → bleeding campaigns, wasted spend, what's ready to scale → week 4 catches what week 1 missed. it doesn't forget input: your google ads account + your target CPA output: an AI that kills waste, writes ads, shifts budget, and learns what works agencies charge $3-5K/month for this. this runs for $0. I packaged the entire system as the google ads kit. 15 @OpenClaw skills: - connect (setup + health check) - daily (what matters today) - audit (full strategic review) - search-terms (waste + signal + routing) - intent-map (compounds across sessions) - negatives (scoped, with collateral warnings) - structure (campaign architecture) - rsas (copy from buyer language) - budget (scaling grounded in signal) - apply (controlled writes + instant undo) giving it away free. comment PAID + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

Hot take: The hardest part of SaaS is no longer building. It’s getting your first 100 users. AI + vibe coding made building fast. Distribution is now the moat.

I stopped sending text-only outreach to my best prospects. Instead, I built personalized ‘microsites’ using Gamma's API and Clay: Each microsite pulls in the prospect's company colors, logos, ICP research, TAM breakdowns, and a customized proposal with a scheduling link. (and it’s all 100% automated) This way, every prospect sees a custom proposal before we ever get on a call. I documented the full workflow so anyone can set this up: • Clay template for account enrichment (importable) • Gamma API call format for microsite generation • Auto-branding logic for colors and logos • GTM analysis prompt structure • Scheduling link integration Comment "MICROSITE" and I'll send it over. PS - The template is reusable. Once it's set up, you can generate a new microsite for any prospect in minutes.

> you spend an 3 hour crafting the perfect tweet > rewrite it three times > post it at what you think is the right time > 34 likes. 2 retweets. zero quotes > check it an hour later hoping the algorithm picked it up > it didn't > meanwhile someone quote tweets an article with a 15 second movie clip > 8 words. 0 original content. 10 million views > they do this every day. different clip. same formula > the algorithm that decides who gets seen is open source > an AI agent can read your feed and detect the exact format pulling millions > you were never bad at content. you just didn't know the system

NEVER spend time manually creating a sales deck again. We're sending 1:1 personalized microsites/sales decks to qualified LinkedIn connections before they even book a call. It has company colors, GTM breakdown, ICP research, and a custom proposal.... All 100% automated from Clay and Gamma's API. I documented the full setup: step-by-step guide, Clay template with prompts, and the Gamma API call format. Comment "ABM" and I'll DM it to you. *Must be following*

Research from Ahrefs found that only 38% of pages cited in AIOs rank in the top 10 results—and 37% don’t rank in the top 100 at all.

According to Gartner, 90% of all B2B purchases will be handled by AI agents by 2028, with $15 trillion in spending flowing through automated exchanges. Your products need to be discoverable not just by the human buyer sitting at a laptop, but by the AI agent that human buyer has delegated their research — or entire purchase — to. In an agentic world, your customer may no longer be a human with a browser — it is just as likely to be an autonomous agent acting on that customer's behalf.

To be blunt: Old SaaS is dying. Dying. No one wants to buy this stuff anymore. No one. Not unless they have to. Customers want AI / AI Agents that do all the work for them. And more and more often, that's entirely possible. Build that, and folks will line-up down the block to buy from you. But new SaaS is better than ever. Replit, Lovable, Harvey, Legora, Sierra, Decagon, etc. are all New SaaS. And Databricks, OpenRouter, Supabase, Vercal, Elevenlabs, etc. in many ways are all products enabling and for B2B / SaaS. They really are. And they are all growing at rates like we've never seen before. You can do it, too. If you have the team, and the will. But the window is closing.

Jensen Huang said something that should terrify every B2B SaaS marketing team: "The agentic AI inflection point has arrived." Not next year. Not "something to monitor." Not "a channel to test in Q3." It's the fact that AI agents are already shortlisting vendors — before your buyer ever visits your site. You can have the best content program in the world, but if AI agents can't find, parse, and recommend you, your pipeline dries up anyway. Your content strategy isn't just about ranking on Google anymore. It's the infrastructure that determines whether AI puts you on the list — or your competitor.

unpopular take: the "SaaSpocalypse" is the best thing to happen to bootstrapped founders everyone panicking about AI killing SaaS is missing the point most companies getting destroyed are bloated enterprises with 1,000+ employees trying to extract as much $$ as they can from their customers meanwhile solo founders are shipping AI-native products from their couch and hitting $10k MRR in weeks SaaS isn't dying bad SaaS is dying AI-native SaaS is thriving 🙌

We spent hundreds of hours building Claude Code skills for our $7M ARR GTM agency (and we're giving them away for free) - ICP research - signal scoring - cold email writing - sales intelligence - campaign intelligence. These run inside every system we build for 70+ B2B clients. Reply "Claude Code" and I'll send you the Github repo with everything.
