بہاولنگر میں دو سرکاری محکموں کے ملازمین کے مابین پیش آنے والے واقعے پر ترجمان تحریک انصاف کا ردعمل :
بہاولنگر واقعہ ملک میں مروجہ لاقانونیت اور حکومتی و ریاستی صفوں میں گہرائی تک جنم لینے والے بگاڑ کی بدترین علامت ہے،
پچھلے 2 برس کے دوران ریاستی سطح پر دستور و قانون کو دفن کر کے لاقانونیت کو فروغ دیا گیا اور ایک مخصوص گروہ کو قانون سے ماورا مخلوق کا درجہ دیا گیا ہے،
پاکستان تحریک انصاف کو طاقت اور جبر کے زور پر سیاست سے بے دخل کرنے کیلئے جس غنڈہ گردی کو فیشن بنایا گیا، ریاست کے تمام اجزا اور ادارے اس کی بھینٹ چڑھ رہے ہیں،
حکومتی محکموں/اداروں کی سربراہی پر بیٹھے ٹاؤٹس اپنے نجی مفادات کیلئے اداروں کی ساکھ، قانونی کردار اور عوام کے لئے ان کی افادیت کو خاک میں ملا رہے ہیں،
اس سے پہلے اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے 6 محترم ججز نے اپنے خط میں اس بیماری/چیلنج کا کھل کر ذکر کیا جو پورے نظام کو لاحق ہے،
قانون کی حکمرانی کی بنیاد پر عدل و انصاف کی حکمرانی قائم کئے بغیر بہتری کی جانب ایک انچ سفر بھی ممکن نہیں،
بہاولنگر واقعے پر خفیہ و اعلانیہ پردہ پوشی کی بجائے اس قابلِ مذمت واقعے کی تمام پہلوؤں سے تحقیقات کی جائیں اور ذمہ داروں کا پوری صراحت سے تعیّن کیا جائے،
ریاست کو حاکم اور محکوم یا قانون سے ماوراء اور قانون کے تابع طبقات میں مزید بانٹنے کی بجائے قانون کو بالادست اور میرٹ کو فیصلہ کن بنایا جائے-

سانحہ بہاولنگر پر تحریک انصاف کا ردعمل:
9 مئی فالس فلیگ آپریشن کے کرداروں کا آپس میں ٹکراؤ، پاکستان میں موجودہ لاقانونیت کو مزید عیاں کرتا ہے
جس کی لاٹھی، اسکی بھینس کے جس قانون پر 25 مئی 2022 سے عملدرآمد شروع ہوا، وہ آج اژدھا بن کر اپنے ہی بچے کھا رہا ہے
لاقانونیت کا یہ سیاہ راج، تحریک انصاف کو توڑنے کے لیے رچایا گیا تھا لیکن اب یہ ریاست کے وجود کو اندر سے چاٹ رہا ہے
عوام کی چادر چاردیواری کی پامالی اور ان پر تشدد کا ہتھیار، ریاستی اداروں نے نہایت بے رحمی سےتحریک انصاف کے خلاف استعمال کیا لیکن آج خود اسکا نشانہ بن گئے
ریاستی ادارے گزشتہ 11 ماہ سے تحریک انصاف پر ریاستی املاک پر حملے کرنے کا جھوٹا بیانیہ بنا رہے تھے، لیکن آج خود دن دیہاڑے انہوں نے یہی کام سرانجام دیا
آج کے واقعے سے عوام کو یہ بھی پتہ چل گیا کہ ریاستی املاک پر حملے کرنا کس کا وطیرہ ہے اور 9 مئی کا حقیقی ذمہ دار کون ہے
عدلیہ کے بعد پولیس بھی اسی لاقانونیت کے عفریت کا نشانہ بن گئی جس کے بل پر پولیس کو سیاسی مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا تھا
پولیس کو اس واقعے سے سبق حاصل کرتے ہوئے خفیہ ایجنسیوں کی ایما پر عوام کی چادر و چاردیواری اور ان کے بنیادی دستوری حقوق کی پامالی کی روایت ترک کر دینی چاہیے
جس انداز میں آئی جی پنجاب اور محکمہ پولیس کے ذمہ داران نے پنجاب پولیس کو لاوارث چھوڑا، وہ پورے محکمے کی آنکھیں کھولنے کے لیے کافی ہونا چاہیے
تحریک انصاف بہاولنگر واقعے کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے اور قانون کے مطابق ذمہ داران کے محاسبے کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے

Anyway, it's NOT mentioned in the FIR that the accused took the child to a secluded house or that the accused was 'barhanna' (completely naked). The FIR expressly states that child's shalwar was off and implies that the accused's shalwar was also off.
We demand that no child should be put through that experience and that a full investigation must take place. If found guilty the accused must be punished according to law.
Desi Seculars are hellbent on adding graphic details such child taken to a secluded house or the 'barhanna' element. And the worst part; they are lying about the FIR.
Please show us the FIR that states so.
My advice; stop destroying that child phycologically and let the law take it's course. Stand up for justice, not for sensation!

Rather than standing with the victim, the far right has launched a disgusting campaign against people speaking up for the child. The FIR clearly mentions that Moulvi Abubakar took the child to a secluded house and the father has said when he got there he saw his child inside with the Molvi who has “barhana” - which does not mean shirtless, it means naked. A Molvi took a boy to a secluded house and was naked there and r**e apologists want you to believe Molvi us bachay say apnay Paon dabwa raha tha Talk about gaslighting the entire nation. They are forcing people to be silent because they know they are too powerful and they know courts and the police can’t touch them. Moulvi Abubakar is set to lead Eid prayers in Faisalabad. Hope the Punjab Government treats them as a test case and we get to see justice for the victim. Please stop listening to charlatans who weaponise your love for your religion against you, this is not a war against Islam, this is a call for justice for a young child molested by a monster. When you start defending him just because he’s Muslim you are putting the lives of thousands of children who go to these monsters at risk because these monsters know they can get away with it. This is not unique to Pakistan either, just like there are stories of rampant child abuse across Madrassahs in Pakistan, there are stories of rampant child abuse in the Catholic Church, even in the Boy Scouts Association in America, this is not about a particular religion or a particular group of people. Don’t defend a monster just because the monster believes in the same God as you. They use that power to get away with their crimes. Just like the Catholic Church protects their priests caught in the act, the Moulvis in Pakistan protect these monsters, for once don’t let them get away with it. Shame on all the r**e apologists defending this.
