What an amazing experience, 12,000 runners at the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon, even saw him and Kev! Tough & hot conditions and hilly course plus cramp from mile 14 to the finish mean I’m over the moon with my first sub 4 and a 6 minute PB 😊🏃‍♂️ @runcompod aaarooogah!!

Some runs just hit the spot! Swapped an easy plod for a 1 minute rep session and it rocked! (Just like the playlist 🎸) 😁💪🏃‍♂️ @runcompod #takincareofbusiness

@scottroots Utter piss take, problem is, people will pay it and it will sell out. I do a local league of 10 races in summer and it’s £40 for all of them!

Just when the world couldn’t get more mental, you can now pay £45 for a 5k that the next day will have parkrun there for free. (Without laser tunnels, djs and medals though)

And now I’m here cycling across London Bridge. It is blooming freezing this morning. Not many commuters today as Friday is Holy day in London. It used to be Sunday, but it’s Friday now. I can only apologise about the extreme close up of my face and my waffling away. Thought you’d like the view though

This evening saw the final race of the BRR Winter League, the Promenade Mile. In windy conditions I was very pleased to crack out a 6.20 mile and come first in my heat, happy days! 😊💪🏃‍♂️ @RunComPod
