🚨 BREAKING: Project CIVICA is proud to team up with @Citizens4NJEI to file a joint amicus brief in SCOTUS case Watson v. RNC (No. 24-1260), urging the Court to uphold Election Day as the bedrock of our republic. Extended ballot deadlines aren't just inconvenient- they breed chaos, delays, and deep erosion of voter trust. Recent examples prove it: In NY's 2020 22nd District race, results dragged on until Feb 2021 due to late ballots, leaving voters unrepresented for months. NJ's 2021 gubernatorial election sparked fraud rumors amid massive mail-in delays. A 2024 study confirms: Delays alone spike distrust! We can't let prolonged counts undermine confidence in our elections. We support Election Day! #ElectionDay #VoterTrust #SCOTUS Full brief: supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24/2…

New York State just went full Ricky Bobby: 50th out of 50 in tax competitiveness. “If you ain’t first, you’re last." Mission accomplished, Albany Democrats, whose failed policies are very committed to remaining dead last.

Drivers are getting hit with bogus toll bills for plates they turned in YEARS ago. This is fraud, incompetence, or both. Kudos to my @nysenategop colleague @SenatorBorrello. He's fighting for reform. Taxpayers deserve transparency and real solutions. wivb.com/license-plate-…

One federal law (18 U.S.C. 611) prohibits noncitizens from voting in U.S. elections Another federal law (the NVRA) makes it easy for noncitizens to register & vote—even though it’s illegal The SAVE America Act would fix that, making it easy for citizens—and hard for noncitizens—to register & vote

Mythbuster #3 MYTH: “Millions of Americans don’t have documentary proof of citizenship.” FACT: Every U.S. citizen is legally entitled to a birth certificate. Naturalized citizens receive theirs at naturalization. Replacements are available from state vital records — typically $10–25. The Act only requires presenting it once, at registration — not at every election. And if these documents are still unavailable, there's an affidavit option that can be used. The SAVE America Act adds the checkpoint the law has always been missing. Pass the SAVE America Act! Stanford CS graduating class of 2026 just got their final placement statistics Out of 312 graduates: 18 have full-time offers That's a 5.8% placement rate from the most prestigious CS program in the fucking world 2019 placement rate was 94%. 2022 was 78%. 2024 was 31%. Now this. The other 294 are fighting over 47 internships that require "3+ years production experience" Career services is telling them to "consider adjacent fields" while the department just took a $50M donation from a company that replaced 2,400 engineers with Claude One kid showed me his rejection tracker: 1,247 applications since September. 12 phone screens. Zero offers. His parents refinanced their house for his tuition The career fair had 8 companies and 300 desperate students in $180k of debt Meanwhile the CS department just announced they're expanding their PhD program because "industry demand for AI research has never been higher" The same week they sent acceptance letters to 89 new undergrads These kids thought they were learning to be engineers. Turns out they were training to be obsolete.

Opponents of the SAVE Act claim registered voters, especially women, won’t be able to manage updating their last names on voter rolls after marriage, divorce, or any other legal name change. They are wrong. It’s already happening at scale in New Jersey. We analyzed official NJ voter records. 11,131 registered voters successfully changed their last names in the last month alone. That’s over 11,000 people who navigated the exact process. Some, including "journalists", now claim it is impossible. This is the breakdown by party registration: Unaffiliated — 4241 Democratic — 4133 Republican — 2656 Libertarian — 41 Conservative Party — 18 U.S. Constitution Party — 14 Green Party — 13 Natural Law Party — 7 Socialist Party — 6 Reform Party — 2 It is insulting to women to use this basis to oppose legislation that validates the identity of voters in elections. @LeaderJohnThune @lisamurkowski @CoryBooker @AndyKimNJ

🎓 Master class in how the Senate works. If you’ve ever heard “it takes 60 votes”—watch this. It doesn’t. It takes the will to actually debate instead of hiding behind procedure. Cloture. Delays. Excuses. That’s how real votes get avoided. 📺️ In this video, Rachel Bovard expertly explains how the Senate could pass the SAVE America Act WITHOUT changing the Senate rules. Watch here: saveamericaactcoalition.com/videos ✍️ Sign the Citizen Pledge here: saveamericaactcoalition.com/SAVEactpledge ☎️ Then call and demand action from your Senators and John Thune:senate.gov/states/statesm…

The next generation doesn’t get a do-over on this. Their voice, their vote, and their future are at stake. All of it depends on whether we have elections they can trust. Right now, that responsibility sits with the Senate. Future generations are counting on leaders to protect their vote, secure their liberty, and defend the integrity of every ballot cast. Do the job. @leaderJohnThune Pass the SAVE America Act.

New York’s descent into a third world hellscape is progressing well. Our grocery stores have always been a point of civilizational pride. Khrushchev marveled at them. So did Yeltsin. Even today there are YouTube videos of European and Asian tourists walking through American supermarkets in awe of their abundance and accessibility. But here in New York, supermarkets are being replaced by unregulated third world open-air slop markets. It’s a leap backwards in living standards, but that’s what socialists always deliver. And when the supermarkets close, we’ll hear all about ‘food deserts’ from the very people who broke the system that was providing food to these areas. Then will come the government grocery stores. Of course, rich people will still have access to whatever they want. This is just for everyone else. Zohran’s power base of affluent young progressives will still have ample selection of gourmet shops and artisan delis to spend their trust funds in.

🍋 🥚 A Bronx supermarket owner says dozens of food vendors have taken over the area outside his store, putting his business on the brink of closure. Marvin Cruz, the owner of Food Fair Fresh Supermarket in Fordham, said he’s counted up to 30 vendors around Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue. “They don’t have no refrigeration, and they’re selling multiple different items,” he said. “I’ve even seen vendors selling eggs, not refrigerated. A mess of box. They’re blocking the sidewalk. They don’t pick up their garbage.” “When you’re passing by a supermarket and you see all this vending, all these tables set up on the street and tons of boxes, you don’t feel even safe to get out,” he said. He said he’s gone from 100 employees to 65 employees and that his business could shut down. Cruz said repeated calls to city for help and a crackdown are going unanswered. “We love the community. We invested in the community. We want to be part of the community. We need help,” he said. 🎤 @glennschuck reports 📸 Marvin Cruz 🔊 Tune into 1010 WINS at 92.3 FM for more local news #nyc #newyorkcity #nycnews #thebronx #nycnews #business #smallbusiness
