Engineered data is correct. In NY there is no data available publicly about the number of non-citizens receiving drivers licenses BY DESIGN in the Green Light Law. NY voter registration at the DMV (and other NY agencies) is “Automatic” which means you have to OPT OUT by checking a box. The driver’s license has no information that indicates citizenship, the BOE doesn’t check citizenship. Immigration uses Jan 1 as a default DOB for asylum seekers lacking documentation. This graph is what we found in NY’s voter rolls when Project CIVICA researchers analyzed DOB. And take a look at what happens with registrations with 1/1 DOB’s in Presidential election years. Are non-citizens on NY’s rolls? We believe yes. @EIwatchdogs @KimHermance124 @bondoftruth @sjscher

The reality is there's mass amounts of cheating in our elections. Just because there's an engineered lack of data, does not mean there isn't data to the contrary. The new CBS/YouGov poll shows that 80% of Americans support Voter ID including 80% of black Americans & 77% of Hispanic Americans. Yet why is it that Congress seems so intractable to wanting to pass a such a popular policy?

BREAKING: NCLA reaches historic settlement in Missouri v. Biden, striking a major blow against government-induced social media censorship. CDC, CISA and the U.S. Surgeon General are now barred from threatening social media companies into censoring constitutionally protected speech on their platforms. This is a major First Amendment victory earned by our clients @AaronKheriatyMD and Jill Hines of @HealthFreedomLA

BREAKING: The U.S. Senate will continue its Easter recess as scheduled and will not pass the SAVE Act, despite President Trump’s request. This is disgraceful. Securing our elections is not a trivial matter and should be handled immediately. 80% of Americans support common-sense election safeguards like those included in the SAVE Act.

For something that should be routine, it took extraordinary pressure just to get here. The United States Senate is finally openly debating legislation on one of the most fundamental responsibilities of our republic: ensuring lawful elections. That shouldn’t be rare. It shouldn’t take weeks of citizen calls, advocacy, and public pressure to compel debate on whether only eligible citizens are voting and whether voter rolls are accurate. The integrity of our elections is not a partisan issue, it is the foundation of self-government. Yet here we are, watching what should be normal, feel historic. This moment matters not just because of the SAVE America Act, but because it reflects something deeper, citizens insisting that their government address reality. If we cannot guarantee who is voting, we cannot guarantee we are represented accurately. That is the heart of it. Lawful elections are not optional, and they are not controversial. They are the baseline of a functioning republic. The American people pushed for this conversation and now the Senate must answer. 🇺🇸 @bondoftruth @KimHermance124 @EIwatchdogs @sjscher

The SAVE America Act is about restoring confidence in our elections - starting with the basics. It strengthens federal election integrity by: • Requiring documentary proof of U.S. citizenship for federal voter registration • Establishing uniform national standards for verifying voter eligibility • Improving data accuracy and cross-checking across government databases • Strengthening voter roll maintenance requirements under federal law • Increasing transparency and accountability in election administration At its core, this is simple: Only eligible citizens should be voting in federal elections - and the system should be able to verify that. Behind every election is a database. The SAVE America Act helps ensure that database is accurate, lawful, and worthy of public trust. UPDATE ON THE SAVE AMERICA ACT - Amazing news! Week of March 16: @LeaderJohnThune has announced he IS putting the #SAVE America Act on the floor AND he is not immediately moving for cloture - which would instantly kill the bill. That WAS the original plan until @LeaderJohnThune ran into the buzzsaw of the American people going berserk about that idea. And the determination of @realDonaldTrump to change that plan This is what is NOW going to happen this week:   @LeaderJohnThune will move on Tuesday (tentatively) to consider the House message on #SaveAmericaAct and the Senate WILL start the consideration of the bill. There will be a series of procedural motions (which are not describable in plain English), but which will get the bill to the floor for consideration.   None are cloture, and none will require 60 votes.   @LeaderJohnThune will fill the amendment tree.   There will be consideration of amendments. This will be similar to what is sometimes called vote-a-rama in the Senate There is going to be debate - organized so @LeaderJohnThune maintains control of the floor.   All of this is a sea change from a week ago.  Or even since last Tuesday.   It is not a “talking filibuster” but it is ongoing debate and consideration.  The Senate may leave the bill and go to other matters and then return.   And that could happen more than once.  That’s about all I can say - senate procedures are arcane and hard to follow. What is most important to know is this particular next phase is a win.   It is a BIG step.  It is a result of the people rising up and slamming the Senate last week.   We the people were so angry at @LeaderJohnThune after his remarks on Tuesday throwing in the towel without a fight, and there was such an avalanche of calls and social media posts MAINLY ON X, attacking @LeaderJohnThune Thune and the @SenateGOP that it really shook up the Senate leadership, penetrated their hard heads,  and they finally started listening.   That’s all thanks to YOU, the people of the country. And is a testament also to @BasedMikeLee @chiproytx @ScottforFlorida @SenRonJohnson, Rob Borden who works for @BasedMikeLee plus several more stalwart Senators and House members committed to getting this bill passed- and it was especially a result of the amazing outpouring of public pressure on the Senators.   The battle we waged on X paid off and that is an historic achievement. Example:  @MarkMeadows started on Tuesday posting on X the names of the @SenateGOP senators committed to vote yes on the bill AND the talking filibuster.   And also the @SenateGOP members who have NOT.  @MarkMeadows posts on X received 21.8 MILLION views.   Read that again.   21.8 million views.   And people then stepped up and hammered the Senate, burning up Senators’ phone lines, emails, and X accounts, demanding passage of the SAVE America Act. We now have to make sure the Senate stays on the bill long enough to refocus that same anger and angst  against the Dems. They are, after all, our real opponents. We have a lot of work to do in this next phase.  But we now know we can do it.   Call the @SenateGOP and tell them “Thank you! Stay on the #SaveAmericaAct for as long as it takes to PASS THE BILL. Cancel every recess, Stay in session and get this done!” Call the @SenateDems and hammer them for opposing this VITAL bill. Tell @SenateDems to PASS THE #SAVEAmericaAct. To vote YES on the bill. (202) 224-3121. Start calling on Monday. Find your Senator’s website. Email / call the state offices. Our voices were heard….we have the chance now to make more history This next phase is something that has not been seen or done in the US Senate in decades:   It’s called legislating.  Amazing. Thanks to @realDonaldTrump and @elonmusk for their leadership to pass #SAVEAmericaAct Without them, this would not be happening @gc22gc @seanmdav @DataRepublican @EricLDaugh @greg_price11 @BarronTNews_ @EIwatchdogs

Americans deserve to hear the debate. Every illegal vote cancels out a legitimate one. The Save America Act protects citizens votes. Make opposing Senators take the floor and defend their position. Make them talk. Petition Links 🔗 in the comments.

The TX establishment was wounded last night…. Not to the extent we would have liked, but significant progress was made. Congratulations to @SteveTothTX for the biggest upset of the primary! I’m happy to report I won my Precinct Chair race by 49 votes - a very tiny chink in the mafia’s armor but an injury nonetheless.

To my fellow Texans —   Last night the votes were counted. The results are clear. And the very first thing I want you to hear from me is this:   Thank you.   Thank you to every Texan who believed that a leader without a machine could still stand in the arena. Thank you to the volunteers who gave weekends and evenings and sweat because you believed something bigger than a ballot was at stake. Thank you to the families who carried the weight of this campaign alongside us — who prayed over it, sacrificed for it, and trusted God with the outcome.   We did not win last night's race.   But we did something that many campaigns never accomplish.   We told the truth.   We told Texans that leadership is not a title — it is a track record of showing up when it costs you something. We told them that border security is not a campaign theme — it is a matter of life and death for real families. We told them that faith does not belong only in Sunday mornings — it belongs in the decisions leaders make when no one is watching.   Thousands of Texans heard that message — and responded. Not because of consultants or television budgets. Because it was true. Because they have been waiting for someone to say it out loud.   I have been a soldier. I have faced harder fields than this one. And I have learned one thing that no primary result can take away:   "Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9   We do not give up.   The challenges that brought this campaign into existence — an unsecured border, a government that has forgotten who it serves, a culture that rewards careerism over character — those challenges are still here. They will not be solved by one election cycle. They require a sustained movement of people who refuse to be comfortable with mediocrity in the leaders who represent them.   That movement is what we are now building.   In the coming weeks, I will be sharing what the next chapter of this mission looks like. It will be bigger than a single race. It will be better resourced, better organized, and more strategically positioned to do what a first campaign could only point toward.   The fight for Texas is not over.   It is just getting started.   I am honored to stand in this with you. Keep the faith. Keep the fire. And keep your eyes on what God has ahead — because I believe with full conviction that this is not the end of something.   This is the beginning.   God bless you — and God bless the great State of Texas. Remaining ever stalwart,   Pete “Doc” Chambers

🤬Oh isn’t this just ironic! To become an emergency shoveler in NYC you need not just one but TWO forms of ID!! plus your SS card AND two small pictures. Doesn’t this disadvantage woman and people of color who can’t get one ID let alone 2??? #SaveAmericaAct @bondoftruth @EIwatchdogs @KimHermance124 @sjscher
