@ToweringDepths @iheartguap by its own lineage maoism is a tired and higher development on marxism. forgive me for not leading folks to the frankfurt school. i simply like marxists who do something other than call the cops. on biology, you wouldn’t know to differentiate darwin without prior knowledge on it

@ProleClassic @iheartguap also, its a little disingenuous to paint maoism as the "current form" which 1. isnt true by its own lineage and 2. its far from the only lineage out there. even outside of the 20th century political efforts, negri, gramsci, frankfurt school, etc. are all non-maoist marxists.

you can only tweet about sects so much until you accept that you’re speaking to 20 people who don’t care, and that nobody else cares bc it’s not about them. sectarianism is something to combat, yes, but it’s a relatively small issue in the grand scheme of things
