today marks 6 years since a cop shot me in the eye with a beanbag round at a blm protest on I-35 in atx. after 5 years of constant distorted double vision, my 10th surgery was removing the eye. its so much better now its hard to fathom sometimes, but i still mourn my past life 🥀
