The clause: "Client may not use, license, or authorize the use of Likeness for AI-generated, AI-modified, or synthetic media purposes without prior written consent and additional compensation." Most brands still hear “AI UGC” and imagine something stiff, weird, and obviously fake. But AI UGC gets way more interesting once it stops looking like “AI UGC” That’s the part I care about most. Not just making it possible... making it feel natural enough clean enough and real enough that it can actually work as ad creative.
