It presented poor evidence and grainy footage and detectives with poor memory who did not preserve important evidence. Tyler may well have done it. I have no idea. I just don’t trust blindly especially when there are a thousand reasons to question this shoddy rushed investigation. But sure Jan, you go ahead and be a sheeple. That is your right

Evidence, Schmevidence 🙄. This sounds an awful lot like ‘trust the science, trust the FBI, trust the grifting churches and pastors’. Any time I see posts like yours, I roll my eyes and think - just another grifter trying to guilt or shame me into believing something. Then it makes me double down and ask why. What if it turns out you aren’t on the righteous side of this? Would you admit you were wrong if that turns out to be the case? You have no idea, just like the rest of us, what the truth is with Charlie’s murder. But the fact that you’re trying to push a narrative and shame people who don’t fall in line, is very telling. I’m sure Jesus would want people to push back against authority and narrative slop - he did….even when it was very unpopular to do so. Would you have told him to sit down, be quiet and stop pushing back. Ya, you probably would have.

THE EVIDENCE IS NO LONGER ON TRIAL. OUR HEARTS ARE. What we are watching as so many people reject layer after layer of evidence in the Charlie Kirk murder case is not merely a failure of reason or the physical senses. We are witnessing the material consequence of spiritual deception. Scripture calls it a strong delusion. In 2 Thessalonians 2:10–12, Paul warns of those who “did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” While the immediate context is the coming deception surrounding the man of lawlessness, the passage reveals an enduring principle: rejecting truth opens the door to greater deception. Before deception ever captures the mind, it first hardens the heart. People have asked why I’ve spent so much time bringing clarity to this case. My answer is simple: because I believe it is a harbinger of what is coming. From the moment Charlie was murdered in broad daylight, light burst forth but darkness also rushed in. In the days that followed, we witnessed genuine revival and many turning to Christ. But that light was quickly met with a wave of slander, lies, and serpentine tactics amplified by influential online voices, spearheaded by a modern-day Jezebel spirit. What has grieved me most is watching so many professing believers embrace theories that collapse under even the most basic examination of the evidence. Ironically, many compare this to COVID. The difference is that during COVID I was one of the pastors publicly challenging deception because I was following the facts, reading the studies, examining the data, and weighing credible sources. The same principle applies here: follow the facts, examine the evidence, and read the record. This is not “COVID 2.0.” If anything, the comparison only reveals that many who once claimed to have learned discernment have instead fallen into another deception. But this ultimately goes far beyond evidence. It is spiritual. The preliminary hearing has presented DNA evidence, forensic evidence, circumstantial evidence, surveillance footage, the defendant's own statements, testimony from those closest to him, text message evidence, and even his own parents' role in facilitating his surrender. Perhaps most telling, even Robinson's own defense team has not advanced the sweeping conspiracy theories circulating online. They have challenged the state's evidence (as defense attorneys should) but they have not argued the alternative narratives that so many have embraced. Yet many still refuse to acknowledge they were wrong. At this point, the issue is no longer intellectual. It is spiritual. When overwhelming evidence is consistently rejected because it conflicts with a preferred narrative, pride has begun to harden the heart. Arrogance replaces humility. Delusion replaces discernment. This is why I have repeatedly called people to repentance. Not because they misunderstood one case, but because the heart posture that refuses correction is the very soil in which deception flourishes. This is only the preliminary hearing. The state has not yet presented the full weight of its case. I believe this moment is exposing something much larger than a criminal trial. God is using it to reveal hearts. He is separating those who love the truth from those who love the narrative. The evidence is no longer on trial. Our hearts are. Because when truth no longer has the power to change your mind, deception already has. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12

@daltonwelbern The only reason why people have an issue with Erika is because of Candice and Barin. I refuse to spell their names correctly. Anyways, Candice started this crap. No one would have even batted an eye if it wasn’t for her and her BS. They are all braindead losers.

"Your life is in grave danger." 🚨⚠️ Candace and Baron just appeared to have threatened Erika Kirk’s life. They both parroted the same talking points that her current situation is entirely self inflicted based upon what she’s said and how she’s behaved. Serious question: 🙋🏻‍♂️ has she even said more than like 7 words in the last 10 months. I can’t believe this is a real clip.

I do believe it was Charlie Kirk who said he would never allow people to tell him who he can and cannot be friends with based on that person having different beliefs than him. True friendship rises above politics… usually… unless of course you get paid to end said friendship. Then, said friendship was never true to begin with.

Micheal Knowles called out Candace by name and her conspiracy theories and said the defense isn’t listening to crazies. Meaning her. Somewhat on the crazy part. Let’s discuss Micheal for a minute. I think he’s handling Candace the way most people do. He’s trying to not get in her crosshairs or feel her wrath. He’s walking on eggshells. Micheal and George are (or were) best friends. Micheal is the godfather to one of her kids. I’m sure losing a best friend and a godchild is hard. If it were me, I would have just told her to knock it off a long time ago. I mean if you can’t tell a friend they’re being a vile bitch without having the entire world knowing all your secrets……then I don’t think you’re really friends. In my eyes a friend that doesn’t condemn someone for attacking me isn’t a friend. He’s been a coward. But alas Micheal I think you might have stepped over the line this time. You’re about to be a suspect.

A lot of good points here… similar to many of the conclusions I’ve come to over the past few months. Not much about her feels authentic. Erika got a pass from most people initially - she’s a grieving wife, giver her some grace. Everyone grieves differently. But, I believe there is something much bigger going on here. *Erika doesn’t seem like a high IQ individual - not low IQ, but def not genius level, not a CEO level with any proven track record in leading a large multi million dollar organization, not inspirational and not a great communicator. She doesn’t have IT. *I would have a hard time believing Erika would be able to plan this out and convince all the people necessary to buy in to the ‘need’ to kill Charlie and take over TPUSA, then carry it out, and keep all those folks from blowing the whistle. I think she was involved, but as one of the ‘actors’ playing a part of a bigger scheme. In order to agree to be the main actor, she would have to be ambitious with something in it for her - fame, $$, adoration, etc. *I don’t believe Erika would have been able to convince the University to play the crucial part they did, or Kash Patel and the FBI, or the majority of the TPUSA leadership team, his security team, or Tyler Robinson, George Zinn, etc. *Is she a honey pot? That might make sense. Her whole past before meeting Charlie seems staged - everything boiled down to her being in front of a camera but only for short snippets - presentations about her moms security business, the dating reality show, the film that never was, the audition for the couples show they didn’t get chosen for, interviews, and so on. None of them panned out because they weren’t supposed to - it was just part of her training. *Where were the supportive posts on social media of family and friends from her past, schools, churches, jobs, etc. standing up for her. *Her voice has changed over the years and now sounds low and calculated, almost like her handlers wanted her to sound mature, smart, capable. She does need to work on her transitions from regular voice to whisper voice and dramatic facial expressions. The timing is off and it’s cringe. *She does not sound like any other deeply devout Christian I’ve ever heard. Her speeches seem like word salad, not meaningful, and they are judgy and condescending. I think the big question is Who is she working for. Who has been training her from a young age to be able to step into this ‘role of a lifetime’ and What was the true motive to kill Charlie.

ELIZABETH LANE@imelizabethlane·
I’m going to be blunt. I’ve reached the point where I find Erika Kirk deeply disturbing, not because of rumors or gossip, but because of consistent, observable patterns of behavior. To be clear, everything I say in this post is my opinion, I’m not claiming this is a fact I’m saying this is what I think Erica Kirk is. I come from the world of acting and modeling. I’ve spent years around social climbers, opportunists, image-curators, and people who treat relationships as ladders, that is why I left that world. Most of these people are shallow and harmless. A few are dangerous. Erika falls into the latter category not because she is just ambitious, but because of how calculated and performative her ambition appears to be. I believe she maybe a psychopath. What stands out immediately is the reaction she provokes in people, which is very common with psychopaths. Across the board including from people who support her publicly, the private reaction is the same: “I can’t watch her.” Not criticism, just physical discomfort. People turn off interviews because the presentation feels artificial to the point of being unbearable. let me explain: That kind of response does not happen accidentally, and it does not happen often. Research in psychology shows that humans are highly sensitive to emotional incongruence, mismatches between facial expression, tone, and content. When affect appears simulated rather than genuine, the brain registers it as a threat signal. This activates discomfort and avoidance, even if the person cannot consciously explain why. So many of us felt this way but we could not explain why we could not watch her. Studies on psychopathy, particularly those building on the work of psychologists like Robert Hare, describe traits such as rehearsed emotional display, and shallow affect. These traits can create what observers experience as an “uncanny” interpersonal dynamic. The discomfort arises and people want to shut it off because most people rarely encounter extreme affective mimicry in everyday life, so the brain struggles to categorize what it is detecting. (Comment below if this is what you felt like when watching her.) Erica is attractive enough, and she had every tool in her position to sell this organically except for one thing - emotion. The entire story of what happened could have helped her sell this fully, she really would have been the last person on earth to be a suspect, if not for the FBI’s terrible mistakes, TPUSA’s lies, and her very fake performance. Plenty of attractive, ambitious women move through media spaces without triggering that response, even though we know what they are. This is about something else, an extreme disconnect between presentation she puts out and perceived authenticity. Erica is not the archetype of a model/actress seeking money and fame and then settling into a quiet life with a wealthy good looking husband. She’s the wolf type. Who wants to be in the place of that husband. She is not born for a supporting role, she’s a decision-maker type. She appears to pursue proximity to power, moving fluidly between television, nonprofits, branding opportunities, and ideological spaces that maximize exposure. Her previous partners are guys women like her would date, muscular, jacked, good-looking. Even though they are not people with huge potential, they are all somewhat established. They are good stepping stones until the right person shows up. Now, looking at her previous partners, I’d say Charlie probably was not her type visually, but he was exactly what she was looking for in a man - potential to be a great power. What Erica was looking for is the same thing Hillary Clinton was looking for when she met Bill. She recognized that Bill Clinton was her ticket to power, the power she could control and she was right. She realized she could create a great brand out of him and herself, and they still are a brand. The Clintons. No one in this world can say they love each other. They are a brand that works. This is why she’s sticking around despite Epstein and Lewinsky. Also, if you think Bill is the decision-maker there, you must have never been in close proximity to the Clintons. She moves the game, she is the decision-maker. Erica saw a brand with Charlie. She also saw that Charlie could one day become President of the United States if he wanted to. Charlie had the ear of the most powerful segment of any society - students! He was going to be a very important player in politics, and she was not missing that ride. What’s striking is how completely her public identity reshapes itself after that relationship begins. The aesthetic, the tone, the values, the presentation all change. Overnight, the persona shifts into the role that best fits Charlie’s world, devoted Christian, modest, supportive housewife. That kind of rapid adaptation is quite impressive for a usual person but not for a psychopath, they do it all the time. In my head story goes like this: For a moment, it works. She becomes the wife of a rising political figure with access to donors, institutions, and national platforms. At that point, the ceiling isn’t social media influence, it’s empire-building, foundations, global reach, a legacy brand - Kirks! It’s obvious that Charlie listens to her, whether it’s about donors or the trajectory of TPUSA. The most influential figure in any mentally healthy man’s life is his wife. She is going to be the biggest influence, and that’s just how it is. That is why you need to pick you partner wisely! Everything was going well until Charlie makes decisions based on conscience rather than expansion and money. He turns down money. He refuses to play dirty politics. I’m assuming someone like Erica who married into this because she had a vision for this brand would not be very happy that. The life she appears to have signed up for - power couple, expanding influence, historical relevance, was collapsing into something else entirely, domesticity, housewife kids and now Charlie's refusing to accept the money that can make him a global power. A supporting role instead of center stage is not her thing. Her husband died a few days ago, and she walks onto the stage as if she were born there. It comes naturally to her, she knows it, and she wants it. Just days after her husband’s death, she was already laying out ambitious plans for the company over Zoom. It’s obvious she was always deeply involved in the business and knew exactly where to pick up when her turn came. What people struggle to watch, what makes the screen unbearable, is not grief. It’s the absence of emotional continuity. Performances can be learned, trust me, as a former actress I can speak to that, but emotion can’t be improvised or mimicked if you’ve never experienced it. That’s why I think we are dealing with a psychopath who has never really experienced these emotions and does not know how to play them. And audiences feel it instantly. It’s fake. Again just my opinion. This isn’t an accusation of crime, I’m not claiming this is what happened and it's a fact. It’s an analysis I made after watching her long enough. And quite honestly I am sick of this shit.

Sadly (long sigh) you are mistaken… the prosecution has the burden of proof. In the US you are innocent until proven guilty. And investigators are expected to uncover and provide all the possible evidence to the prosecution who then parse out what is best to use in court. Unless you’re the Utah State Keystone Cops, then it seems you ignore or lose as much evidence as possible. I don’t make the rules, I just question them 🤷🏻‍♀️
