America is great because until very recently, the descendants of those who have proven themselves to be incapable of operating a functioning country have largely not been imported into ours. When the English settled at Jamestown in 1607, did the magic soil of Virginia convert them into Native Americans? Did they become Powhatan Indians? No. They remained Englishmen, even after traveling over 3,000 miles from England. They retained the English language, the English Protestant faith, English customs and culture, English common law, and English ways to organize their cities and towns. Immigration doesn’t automatically confer assimilation, and unchecked migration guarantees that will never happen.

Terrible way to think about migration since we are getting those self-selecting for America. The migrants aren’t in control of their societies, so they leave. Also, their descendants assimilate when they get here and find out how great it is.

You may as well ask the Bolsheviks not to overthrow the Bourgeoisie or liquidate the Kulaks, because the Left’s hatred for White men is the exact same thing. The Left has to continue with “the race stuff” because without it they wouldn’t exist. There is no other way for them to explain group disparities or differences in outcomes other than to conclude that White men have constructed a system that actively harms minorities. If the Left ever dropped this, they’d disappear as a political faction.

I actually think we will have UBI in 20 years. Going to be very interesting to watch the cognitive bottom 50% spend their money on weed, motor toys, and gambling, next 40% on cruises and theme parks, and the rest on art, tools, gardening, books. Real H.G. Wells / Huxley stuff.

Part of being present in the hospital room is being able to advocate on mum’s behalf. Her partner can ensure birth plans are kept to & might notice that something is off with mum before the nurse does.

Even after the death of its author, "Bullshit Jobs" remains a cancer on the discourse. It was perhaps the most incurious book I have ever read (strictly speaking, I only read the first third). Companies are not "subsidizing" anyone. If they are hiring someone to do something, there is almost certainly a reason beyond "we wanted to give this random person money." If you can't figure out why, it is probably a problem with you.

Yes, the GOP as a whole has failed us. I am fine with admitting that. That means we need to take control of it and vote for real conservatives and real Constitutionalists that will fight the establishment and the left, not abandon it and let the left win. Get more involved on the right, not less. Be more outspoken about who we should elect, not more blackpilled about letting democrats win.
