@ProvCalifornia your app is garbage! I’ve had numerous appointments cancelled the day before the appointment after waiting months to see my Dr. The people calling me to cancel always blame the app. Saying it’s worthless and doesn’t accurately reflect what times are available!

I have the flu and tried to schedule a DR. appt with my care provider but was told @ProvCalifornia dropped me as a patient because I hadn't had an office visit in the last 3 years during a pandemic. I have full @Tricare West health insurance and have been going there 11 years.
