We in 🇩🇪 Germany don't want to die as youth so we're going to make sure our government doesn't train us how to fight. I have some news for you lads, no one wants to fucking die but unfortunately someone has to put their big boy pants on and fight, if you want to survive.

BREAKING: The United Nations has voted 123-3 in favor to condemn the enslavement of millions of Africans and the trans-Atlantic slave trade. The three countries voting against it? 🇺🇸 USA 🇮🇱Israel 🇦🇷 Argentina Nearly all of Europe abstained.

Serbia is distancing itself further from Europe and giving the EU the middle finger. Yesterday, Serbian regime leader Vucic received the Russian Minister of Economic Development in Belgrade — unthinkable in any other European country. They signed a five-year economic cooperation agreement, "which reflects the close coordination between Moscow and Belgrade," according to the Russian minister. Observers therefore expect a significant deepening of Serbia's dependence on Russia — the Serbian economy already cannot survive without the Russian one. This is precisely why Serbia has so far received a shoulder to cry on from the EU. Poor Serbia needs special treatment because of its dependence; it imposes no sanctions against the Kremlin. Now we are witnessing Vucic (or as Commission President @vonderleyen calls him: "dear Aleksandar") showing no inclination to distance himself from Russia. It remains to be seen whether the EU will continue to allow its accession aid programs, worth several hundred million euros, to run unhindered and unchecked. The rest of the Western Balkans are irritated and angered by the EU's double standards. French President Macron sees Serbia, which has a strong trade relationship with France, as a "frontrunner" for EU accession, while NGOs are witnessing a dramatic erosion of the rule of law and democracy. @HBrandstaetter @kajakallas @MartaKosEU @eusrbija @vBeckerath @antoniolscosta @TPicula @ukinserbia @aliciakearns
