Even here in the UK cloud seeding was linked to killer floods. Dubai’s, National Centre for Meteorology manages over 900 hrs of seeding annually to increase rainfall. It’s been going on in the States since the 1940’s. In 25/26 Iowa, Pennsylvania and Kentucky have introduced bills to prohibit it.
