Twitter Weekly QnA (10 common questions) 1) Is Kushaq base AT worth over Kylaq 🗣️Yes for practicality (legroom & bootspace), better dynamics above 80 kmph, premium 8 speed AT over 6 AT. Big yes especially for 50:50 (city:highways) and if four members travel often. Get Improved AC too. For 60% of above City usage, Kylaq is a better option with helpful features like Reverse Camera, bigger infotainment screen & Electrically Adjustable seats. 2) Seat covers for Base Creta which has fabric seats, yes or no? 🗣️ I am always against putting seat covers for the cars with 6 airbags considering the quality of workmanship at dealerships. Two airbags are there in our front seats. Keep it stock and use products from Turtle Wax and 3M specific for fabric seats cleaning. 3) Creta IVT or Elevate CVT 🗣️ Both winners. Elevate mechanically and safety wise feels better. Variant to variant Elevate is more value for money. Creta has an upper hand in looks inside outside, better support and resale value. 4) Demo Merc GLC 300 for 64 lakhs 🗣️ I am against buying a demo car. They are abused and I frankly don’t trust their reading as well. Strictly a personal opinion. 5) Can I buy extended warranty for Kylaq later? 🗣️ Definitely yes if your pocket doesn’t allow upfront. You can buy extended warranty anytime till your standard warranty is valid. Price will slightly increase every year. Keep original document handy and avoid paying in cash. 6) Daily drive in city is 100 km, Budget is 15 lakhs. Please suggest 2 cars. 🗣️ Nexon 45, Punch 40 kWh top. If not EVs then buy Brezza ZXi AT for long term reliability, support and features. Fuel efficiency will be poor. Diesel isn’t recommended for this used case. Dzire AMT top is ok if fuel efficiency is needed and you don’t want to buy an EV. Manual transmission is a big no. Elevate V CVT with discounts for better practicality. 7) Best Cars in 5-7 lakh (on road) for 70% City use 🗣️ Punch Petrol (Pure) and Magnite Visia Plus in MT and Celerio in CNG MT if running is more and AMT if convenience matters more. Swift LXi in MT for resale value. 8) Does EVs cause EMF radiation and harm T levels in human body? 🗣️ It’s a rumour and fear mongering against EVs imho 9) Budget is 30Lakh, Tier 1 city, mostly city run and couple of times on a highway, 3 members 🗣️ BYD Atto 3 EV Premium, XEV 9e Pack Three, Hyryder Hybrid Top, City Hybrid, Kushaq 1.5 DSG top with ext warranty (any 1.5 turbo AT for light traffic) if fuel efficiency is not a concern. Used Merc GLA or X1 Petrol. 10) Slavia 1.0 AT or City CVT AT 🗣️ No clear winner. Slavia (wait for facelift) scores more with better ground clearance, better pull power from 60-130 kmph esp with AT, looks better and tested 5 star rated car. Fun with S mode and paddle shifters. City feels more comfortable, better AC, reliable in the long run with NA Petrol engine and ADAS offered in V variant itself. I hope these answers are helpful for my respected audience.

Renault Duster 2026 pricing definitely looks aggressive as we all expected👌 ✅ Turbo 100 MT: ₹10.49–13.49L ✅ Turbo 160 MT: ₹12.99–16.99L ✅ Turbo 160 DCT AT: ₹14.49–18.49L 🏆 7 years (upto 1.50 lakh km) standard warranty (segment first) is a step in a great direction. 160 ps, 280 nm 1300 cc engine is well priced which we always talked about that this is the most important engine if you want to compete with stable players in the segment. Renault Duster - the last iteration / update was in 2020 when the 1.3 turbo petrol was launched at Rs 10.49 lakh. Moving 6 years ahead, today saw the launch at a similar price tag. Yes, smaller 1.0 but a newer generation with more features (base to base) and a 7 year warranty. This is clearly good pricing and hence again why I was surprised for no noise from the audience when the pricing came on the screen. Moving on, we will be witnessing the re-birth of "Gang of Duster" as well and the route includes the holy city of Rishikesh as seen here. Cooler temperatures. Scenic Views. And 280 Nm of torque! Four cylinder turbo cheaper than NAs 👌 As a customer and someone who advises hundreds daily, I’m genuinely happy with Duster’s pricing. Good to see strong options emerging under ₹15 lakh today, across both ICE (Petrol, Diesel) and EV. Brands are clearly pushing hard for volumes, and that’s exactly what benefits customers.
