I'm speechless at how anti-founder @cartainc is. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription or speak to a human support agent (screenshot below). You're forced to go through an offboarding meeting with their team and their soonest availability is Dec 26, but my renewal date is on Dec 17 & they make it clear that I will be billed $8k for this even though I am trying to cancel before my renewal. @henrysward I'm sure that this is a misunderstanding and you don't support such predatory dark patterns.

At this point, don’t understand why people are on Carta anymore.
Pulley, Angellist provide essentially the same product without the drama.
We moved to Pulley this year and the process took couple of weeks and was quite painless.
