@Pumpkin_Cals @mochasthing your water weight isn’t really 12lbs water weight. yours is most likely from eating carbs, each gram of carb can hold 4g of water which can put on quite a bit. you can’t just hold 12lbs of water in the stomach biologically lol

@Pumpkin_Cals @mochasthing 12lbs of actual water weight would be stored subcutaneously which is under the skin but above the fat layer. it would be all over the body. i just dropped 9lbs of it 4 days and my waist dropped 2 inches and my thighs and overall body got much leaner.

@Pumpkin_Cals @mochasthing not to make her feel worse but there’s still usually a visible difference when you lose water weight. the water is still stored subcutaneously if it’s not glycogen storage in muscle. even then it usually looks different

@loverxrat @mochasthing So water weight I would say refers to the extra weight you have when eating enough- the food in your stomach and the waste as well as bloating. This may be incorrect

Why should a TV show/movie "say" anything. Why must everything have "a message" I'm not watching some after-school special against drugs. It simply holds up a mirror to what the world of drugs/sex trafficking is like. I don't want every piece of media to tell me what to think

Ok so the thing with Euphoria that I’ve noticed is that it all feels like a *realistic depiction* of addiction, faith, sex, the internet, modern society, and LGBT people. The issue is that it doesn’t have anything to necessarily *say* about these topics other than shock factor.

this is an insidious way to view sober addicts. She took the correct dose to deal with pain. ONE PILL. Her hand had been sliced open with a nasty ass knife and kept closed by duct tape. You’re truly vilifying someone who did not intend to OD simply bc of her past

Rue took the pills of her own volition. She relapsed; then bring laced is irrelevant; if she wanted to remain sober she never would’ve taken the pills in the first place. She didn’t even question why someone who previously cared about her sobriety gave her a bottle of pills

people saying this “make sense” yet we watched rue maintain her sobriety for an entire season only to be taken down by a spiked pill felt like a cruel gimmick! she only took it thinking it was meds for her pain, not because she was struggling with addiction anymore! #Euphoria

@valstrasserr I think like rue was meant to die. Like to show that if you struggle with addiction you need to get sober. Maybe if there was a foil to her... jules? Who tried to get help for another form of addiction and survived then it would have been better
