@ChaloPmc Only stupids can approve replantation in the city area without knowledge of plants and their development methodology. Replantation doesn't mean plant roots will regrow as that of its original state. Actual time to grow roots are similar to the plant's age.

Apparently, this tree was transplanted when it was already 10–20 years old. By then, its taproot had never developed deep enough after transplantation—and that may have contributed to its fall. ☹️ This is yet another reminder that we need to stop approving tree transplantation as the default solution in every hearing. It's time we acknowledge a simple ecological reality: trees are not meant to be moved. Root balls can never capture the entire root system, especially for mature trees and species with deep or extensive roots. A tree may look perfectly healthy above ground, but that doesn't mean its root system is healthy or stable. A healthy canopy does not mean healthy roots. Let's stop treating transplantation as a guaranteed conservation measure and start protecting trees where they stand.
