@puregear Good Afternoon, this has been a frustrating experience. DO NOT purchase - liquid screen protection. They don’t cover you getting a new screen protector ONLY up to $200 for damage for phone!! Screen protector didn’t last a month.

@puregear We purchased two screen protectors. Within that week both were severely cracked with normal use. We paid the shipping ($12) for a warranty replacement, and that broke as well. I emailed customer service with photos, receipts and more and asked for a refund. They refused

@puregear I am disappointed. Always used your screen protectors. Bought the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Steel360 Glass protector. Purchased a 2nd new one. Within 4 days it cracked. Emailed cust svc and they were going to send a new one. Never received, no response to email

Do not ever purchase @puregear charging blocks! Today marks 3 months of having one brand new for an iPhone 13, and it stopped charging a week ago. I’d have to pay a $12 shipping fee for a warranty replacement, after I paid $35 plus tax 3 damn months ago brand new?
