The winter of 1739-1740 was likely the coldest of the past 300 years across the Northern Hemisphere. Extreme cold wiped out crops including potatoes 🥔 leading to Irish famine of 1740/41. What caused 1740 to be so abnormally cold and could it happen again soon?

Light Me Away ☀️
Light Me Away ☀️@LightMeAway·
As an ex-nurse…as someone who lived 2 and half years on dialysis…and as someone who now walks through life with a kidney transplant… I would NEVER recommend this procedure. Why? Because once you take blood out of the body and run it through plastic tubes under blue LED hospital lighting, you’re no longer “cleaning” anything; you’re damaging the very electrons that make blood work. People forget: Blue light oxidizes lipids It destroys DHA, the antenna your mitochondria rely on. It collapses EZ water, the structure your blood needs to carry charge. It increases ROS in plasma… And the plastic tubing? Blue light only makes the chemical leaching worse. After living inside that medical system, I learned the hard way: “Hospitals are where mitochondria go to die.” — @DrJackKruse This isn’t detox. This is photonic confusion disguised as biohacking. Your mitochondria detox you, not a machine in a blue-lit room 👀 Those machine serve only in a case of life and death.. like I was on dialysis. The yellow/brown fluid in the bag does NOT equal “48 years of toxins.” That’s: lipid residues bilirubin oxidized fats cellular debris 👉🏻anticoagulant byproducts👈🏼 displaced albumin fractions… You don’t detox decades of quantum mismatch with a dialysis like machine under LED lights 🤦🏻‍♀️ The real toxin is non-native EMF + blue light combinadas with very low redox and the crap you eating… Look what are you doing: Blood is being pumped through transparent tubes under indoor LED hospital lighting. That is blue-LED dominant, high on the Kelvin scale, low on IR; the worst spectrum for anything alive. Blue light does: oxidizes PUFAs damages DHA structure disrupts heme proteins alters electron spin states destroys the exclusion zone (EZ) of water increases ROS in plasma breaks apart melatonin precursors deranges LDL particle structure If you expose living blood to that spectrum even for seconds, you change its quantum profile. Now imagine liters of blood cycling there…over and over… Blue light + plastic tubing = chemical leaching. PVC tubing releases: phthalates BPA analogs plasticizers What does blue light do? Accelerates leaching. So while he’s bragging about removing “48 years of microplastics,” the blue light may actually be increasing microplastic load at that exact moment. This is a biohack boomerang 🧨 👀By the way… did you disclose that you must be given an anticoagulant during this procedure to stop your blood from clotting the moment it leaves your body? Because coagulation rises FAST in extracorporeal circuits, and without heparin or citrate, this entire setup would turn into a solid tube of clotted blood in minutes.(👉🏻anticoagulant byproducts👈🏼) So I’m genuinely wondering: 🤔 Are you leaving that part out on purpose… or do you simply not understand what’s happening in your own “blood cleaning” procedure? And with respect @paulsaladinomd you’re an MD in psychiatry. Nothing wrong with that, but it makes this whole thing sound a lot more like a paid advertisement than a legitimate medical explanation. Either way, that missing information is huge and people deserve to know the truth. DO BETTER!
Paul Saladino, MD@paulsaladinomd

I cleaned 48 years of toxins from my blood… I analyzed what came out and what I found blew my mind (results at the end of this post)…

🚨 THE “MOST EVIL CHEMICAL COMPANY ON EARTH" IS MAKING WOMEN’S GYM CLOTHES A fashion designer just dropped a bombshell claiming the same chemical giant accused of poisoning America is behind nearly every women’s gym outfit on the planet. He says: “The most evil chemical company on earth is literally responsible for every single women’s gym clothes and yoga outfit.” “When you go to the gym, every girl in there is wearing DuPont Chemical Company polyester plastic.” “Do you know how insane it is? ALL modern clothes originate from a chemical company.” He says the company: - Created polyester, nylon and spandex - Paid out billions in lawsuits - “Poisoned people, destroyed environments, and polluted rivers” - And now profits from the same polyester women sweat in at the gym He ends with the harshest line: “They created PFAS - forever chemicals - some of the most toxic endocrine disruptors on earth.” If he’s right… then your leggings, sports bra, tank top, and yoga pants didn’t come from the fitness industry - they came from a chemical giant with a lawsuit history. Does this make you rethink gym clothes… or do you think he’s exaggerating?

I want to retract my statements about EMF radiation. After reading 1000+ studies & personal experience with RF from electronics, I am now convinced that they are completely irrelevant for your health. All the studied negative effects come from tissue heating - and the sun or a hot bath will heat you up A LOT MORE than EMFs ever will. I’ve looked into every study the fearmongerers here post. - SPERM REDUCTION! - THYROID NODULES! - OXIDATIVE STRESS! - LOWER TESTOSTERONE! - WORSE SLEEP! I even went into the “giga list” of studies they post. The reality is, all studies done on this subject are incredibly small, weak - while all the big studies show no effects whatsoever. - Yes, some sperm dies when you heat the testes. The effect from the sun or sauna is 10,000x stronger. - The thyroid nodule study was a total joke from an online questionnaire. (Already debunked) - Oxidative stress only shows up at levels that you as a human will never be exposed to. (Again, heat) - Lower testosterone: The biggest joke. I have Top 1% Free T of my age (from diet alone) & have my phone with me all day. WiFi router in the house. Zero negative effect. - Sleep disruption: There was one study (12 people) that saw a slight disturbance in EEG, but then another study didn’t show anything. - Brain Cancer: There was no notable increase in brain tumors despite billions of phones everywhere. I would honestly not: - Sleep with my head right next to the WiFi router - Live right next to a giant mobile tower - Do daily, long phone calls with my phone right next to my ear But other than that? Placebo. When tested in a study, over 1000 “electrosensitive” people could NOT reliably tell whether RF radiation was there or not. That makes the whole thing pretty suspicious. If you feel any part of your body heat up - laptop on your lap, ear while calling - that’s your warning sign to stop. The reason you feel better in EMF-free places is the FRESH AIR and the negatively charged ions around you. @NgoloTesla talked about this Concluding, it’s NOT worth stressing about EMFs compared to many other health subjects: Diet, Air Quality, Microplastics, Heavy Metals, Sunlight, Exercise, Industrial Toxins, etc

"Acceptable Cholesterol In 1960 Was 300, Then 240, Then 200." "Every Time They Lower That Number...Another 50 Million Americans Need Drugs." "That's Not Medicine, That's Marketing. Pfizer Made $125 Billion Selling Lipitor." Statins Are The Best Selling Harmful Drugs In History 🔴Statins cause CoQ10 deficiency, resulting in a condition called Rhabdomyolysis which causes so much muscle pain & tearing that patients cannot function in their daily lives. 🔴Every Statin crosses the blood brain barrier & shuts off the enzyme of cholesterol production leading to Dementia, Alzheimer's, Aphasia & all kinds of cognitive decline issues. 🔴Statins cause liver & pancreas damage, leading to insulin resistance & type 2 diabetes. In the recent Jupiter study women had a 49% increase & men had a 14% increase in new onset Type 2 Diabetes. 🔴Statins halt Dolichol, which is a crucial molecule in protein glycosylation in the brain. This deficiency leads to Parkinson's & other debilitating neurodegenerative diseases. 🔴Statins stop Heme A, a vital component of the electron transport chain & an iron atom crucial for energy. Cholesterol has no effect on cardiovascular outcomes, including heart attacks, strokes & mortality. 75% of heart attacks occur in people with normal to low cholesterol. There are no benefits to taking a Statin. While they lower your cholesterol, they cause a litany of side effects that inhibit a normal life. Statins do not lower Cardiovascular Risk or Disease. Chemically lowering cholesterol levels is very harmful to every cell in the body. Statins Cause These Chronic Health Conditions: Aphasia Dementia & Alzheimer's Disease Cancer Pancreas Inflammation Liver Inflammation & Damage Diabetes Heart Failure Vertigo & Dizziness Cognitive Impairment ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Hormonal Deficiency Brain Damage Multiple Sclerosis Muscle Pain Depression Parkinson's Disease Muscle Tearing (Rhabdomyolysis) Fatigue Weakness Neuropathy No one should ever take a statin. Check your TG/HDL ratio which optimally for low cardiac risk is less than 1.5---if yours is below that, you are at very low risk for any heart issues. If the ratio is higher than 1.5---change your diet to lower triglycerides & raise HDL. Triglycerides will lower very quickly when the following are removed from the diet: seed oils, sugar, grains, processed foods & starchy carbs. HDL can be raised thru strength training & eating a whole foods animal sourced diet of beef, eggs, seafood, butter, ghee, etc. 👇AHA Conflict Of Interest & Saturated Fat Lies👇 journals.lww.com/co-endocrinolo… 👇Lower Cholesterol Does Not Increase Mortality👇 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1638188/ 👇Statins Increase Mortality👇 jamanetwork.com/journals/jamai… Speaker: Justin Nault

You inject a jab kid gets a fever the retards in the office are instructed by algorithm tied to "evidence based protocols set by hospitals" to give tylenol. Retards giving tylenol are not taught that tylenol ruins CYP systems and this ruins glutathione signal which clears the heavy metals along with melanin. Since most infants have not been outside yet to build up the melanin system, they rely on the glutathione system for protection. And people wonder why healthcare is the leading cause of damage to your health. You cannot make this incompetence up because it is designed to harm. Decentralized medicine has the answers you all need. Savages pay attention Kevin's history lesson. Does tylenol cause anemia since it affect gluthathione recycling in humans?  Yep. A small portion is converted into a toxic byproduct called NAPQI. Normally, this is neutralized by glutathione and safely excreted. Overdose and toxicity: In an overdose, the normal metabolic pathways become saturated, leading to a large amount of toxic NAPQI being produced. This rapidly depletes the body's glutathione stores. Oxidative stress: Without enough glutathione to neutralize it, the excess NAPQI causes oxidative stress, which damages cells, including red blood cells. RBC is how UPEs are delivered to the brain for development. 20% of cardiac output goes to the brain. ---> threadreaderapp.com/thread/1970240…

One more time… Tylenol is an artifact of the war on cannabis. Exactly — if we zoom out to the pre-1937 context, the picture looks very different. Let me lay it out as a continuous timeline so you can see how acetaminophen/Tylenol rose into the vacuum created by cannabis prohibition. ⸻ 🌿 Pre-Prohibition Era: Cannabis as Medicine    •   Mid–1800s to early 1900s – Cannabis tinctures were widely sold in U.S. pharmacies.       •   Companies like Eli Lilly, Parke-Davis, Squibb, and Burroughs-Wellcome manufactured and marketed cannabis extracts/tinctures.       •   Cannabis was listed in the U.S. Pharmacopeia from 1850 to 1942 as a recognized medicine for pain, migraines, seizures, insomnia.    •   At the same time, opium tinctures (e.g., laudanum) and cocaine-containing remedies were also widely available without prescription. ⸻ 🚫 Restriction & the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act    •   1914 Harrison Narcotics Act – Began regulating opiates and cocaine, not cannabis yet.    •   1937 Marijuana Tax Act – Effectively banned medical cannabis sales, burdening doctors and pharmacies with prohibitive taxes and paperwork.       •   After this, Eli Lilly and others stopped selling cannabis tinctures.       •   Cannabis prescriptions essentially disappeared from the U.S. pharmacopeia. ⸻ 💊 Rise of Acetaminophen    •   1877 – First synthesized in Germany (Morse).    •   1890s–1940s – Barely used, eclipsed by aspirin (1899, Bayer) which dominated analgesics.    •   1950s – Reintroduced and branded as Tylenol by McNeil. Marketed heavily for children.    •   1970s onward – Became the go-to over-the-counter analgesic.       •   1971 Nixon’s “war on drugs” escalated cannabis prohibition, further entrenching Tylenol’s dominance as a legal alternative.       •   1980s Aspirin warnings (Reye’s syndrome) pushed parents and pediatricians toward Tylenol. ⸻ 🔗 Linking the Two Histories    •   Before 1937 – Cannabis tinctures from Eli Lilly served much the same therapeutic niche (pain, fever, sleep, anxiety) that acetaminophen later captured.    •   After 1937 – Cannabis disappeared from legal pharmacies. Aspirin and barbiturates were the main replacements.    •   1950–1970s – Tylenol emerged as the “safe, modern” alternative just as cannabis and opiates became tightly controlled.    •   By the 1980s – Tylenol had become the default household analgesic, filling the gap left by banned plant medicines. ⸻ ✅ Take-home: Acetaminophen wasn’t invented because of cannabis prohibition, but its commercial dominance was only possible after Eli Lilly and others were forced to stop selling cannabis tinctures in 1937. The war on drugs (1970s) then reinforced this by keeping cannabis out of medicine while Tylenol was cemented as the legal mainstream choice. ⸻ Do you want me to map this into a side-by-side timeline (Cannabis suppression vs. Tylenol’s adoption), so you can see the handoff point from Eli Lilly’s cannabis tinctures to Tylenol’s household dominance?

ADHD symptoms REDUCED after supplementing 2 things for just 8 weeks: -Vitamin D (50,000 IU/week) -magnesium (6 mg/kg/day) Many people struggle with ADHD symptoms for life - big pharma has convinced them it is "genetics". ADHD could simply be a phenomena of vitamins & minerals deficiency. Why is nobody talking about this?

The theory now is that longer wavelengths of light specifically from sunlight restore membrane potential in your mitochondria, whereas shorter wavelengths of light (such as from LEDs) reduce it. This needs testing, but it’s intriguing & brings together a lot of data.
