Police are salaried public employees doing mandatory law enforcement—tipping them risks bribery charges and isn't part of any service norm. One's hospitality economics; the other is government authority.

Casino bartender here Anything over $2000 in the state of iowa requires a lot of paperwork. Paperwork that has to be set up and done by the cashiers and slot attendants who pay you out. A large part of their income is tips. Just like in any industry, the ones who tip get much better treatment. "You take care of me, I take care of you."

@mau19040 @UtdTony1 Regardless of what he’s considered, when the last man takes out a player with just the keeper to beat it’s DOGSO, in this case the only player left to beat was a defender, not a keeper, meaning it’s even more of a GSO imo.

@PushTheKempo @UtdTony1 Once he’s outside of his box is no longer considered the goalkeeper, but a field player. He had no chance at being close to the ball but decided just to take out the opponent so that was intentional, dangerous yes. Yeah I think that would be a red card.
