@Puttshack So what a ridiculous rule..you’re quite happy to accept payment for a kids birthday party..but won’t allow us to bring in a birthday cake of the child’s choice?! Worried about allergies they said..when we were the ONLY party in the food area and no risk to anyone??WTF

@Puttshack you really should train your staff better. It's odd that after your staff seats someone they yell at the customers for their table being in the way. The Philadelphia location is awfully run and should be avoided by everyone.

Service at @Puttshack is fucking garbage , bartenders hugging each other instead of getting patrons drinks

Second time going to a @Puttshack and 2nd time wandering away from the bar without a drink. Too many people and never enough bar staff serving. And note this is a diff location during prime hours vs last time when it wasnt busy

@Puttshack Went here for a fun date night. The mini golf courses were great, we even did two of them! However our dining experience wasn't great. Our server was extremely slow and nowhere to be found when needed. She gave attitude and ignored my partner and I when asking for help

I love love love mini golf! I'm a fan of alcoholic beverages. Not really into sharing space with children whose parents may or may not be properly trained. @Puttshack your Houston location needs better training. They couldn’t bring our reservation up and refused to refund as well.

@Puttshack I was attacked by another customer on a Saturday night at Oak Brook location. Never got to golf. Never got refund which was promised. Horrid experience so far and nobody has made it right from Oakbrook’s staff.
