Já liguei duas vezes e consegui falar com humanos, deram prazo de 24h as duas pra dar uma explicação mas NADA. Vou ligar na ouvidoria hoje e depois @AnatelGovBR

@NioInternet Sem internet desde ontem à noite (Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro-RJ). Teoricamente consegui marcar uma visita técnica pelo app para hoje à tarde, mas não tenho certeza se vão aparecer. Muito difícil tentar solucionar um problema sem conseguir falar com um humano.
