Especially for young athletes ⬇️⬇️ The goal isn’t to be good at things when you first start doing them. It’s to be willing to start new things that you aren’t yet good at.

Do the things you want to do when you still have the chance to do them. Waiting for ‘the perfect time’ will only result in that time never coming.

Show up. Effort never betrays you.
