This is crap. I’m a ryobi guy. I’m an average homeowner. I’d rather have an amazing suite of tools that I use 6x a year than have spent all my money on dewalt drill that I’ll never push near its limits. I’m hanging picture frame for god sakes

I witnessed a man at Home Depot go down a dark path. This choice will lead to a broken home, a promiscuous wife, gay children, and unfinished projects while drinking seltzers. If you don’t take your tools seriously you don’t take your life seriously.

I can’t stand when Cub fans act like they are superior to any fanbase but especially to Sox fans Same amount of World Series championships so pipe down Joel

@Ecnerwal23 Get back with me when he plays a full season at SS in the bigs. And take off your White Sox glasses for a split sec. I know y’all are excited to have a non-Triple A club playing at the ⬇️Rate for the first time in awhile so I get the excitement. Congrats.

@BeachBumPresley @JomboyMedia You’re right pro athletes are the most humble and never act like this. DI baseball players are all class. Never pimp homeruns or yell at batters after strikeouts. It’s almost golf like above JUCO.

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off sums up why I hate Cubs fans. You’re not from Chicago. You’re from Highland Park. You skipped school and stole your friend’s dad’s Ferrari to go to a game at Wrigley when you should have been at school listening to Ben Stein’s lecture on macroeconomics.

That loss sucks, but some good things for the #WhiteSox are crystallizing: -I’m not deterred by that loss at all. The Cubs are SUPPOSED to win games like that. The only reason it wasn’t close is because Jordan Hicks imploded. He likely won’t be on this team the next time we meet. But better pitchers—and hitters—will. -Colson Montgomery is a certified stud. Getz should prioritize his extension with Murakami’s. Vargas should be close behind, but Colson is on a pace to become irrationally unaffordable. All things (and tools) considered, he might be the best hitter on the team. Lock him in with Mune right at the start of this core’s ascent before you can’t anymore. -Games like this are great reminders that no roster spot can be given freely. This is just speculation, but logically it feels like Getz and Venable are putting their fringe guys through the wringer intentionally. That means Benintendi, Peters, Quero, Romo, Grichuk, Hill, half the bullpen… even Fedde and Kay, and to some extent Newcomb and Hicks, represent a clear attempt to eat innings and get the roster ready for 2027… they’re ALL going to be put through the paces on purpose—as often as possible—to earn their keep, and the ones who will keep their spot are becoming more clear every game. It stings in games like today, but it will be for the better down the stretch, and especially in 2027. -Braden and Teel will make the lineup card SO much harder to get through for opposing pitchers. Right now this team only has 5 everyday bats that are really worth worrying about (Mune, Colson, Vargas, Antonacci, and Meidroth). Soon it will be 7 with those 2 in the mix. By mid-2027, it’ll be 9 with Cholowsky and Bonemer. I see the vision. -We’re going to learn a lot about this team over the next 3 series: Cubs, Mariners, Giants. They’re the last non-division opponents for a while, as we play 7 games against the Twins over 2 series and 3 against the scuffling Tigers in the middle. If we get healthy and can win 5 of the next 9 before the division sprint, the fat is gonna get trimmed off. -I don’t understand the Will Venable hate. I think he’s made some questionable choices early but, again, it feels purposeful. I think the guys love him and he’s doing what he can with the guys he has. As the roster improves, so will his results. -This team will likely have to add via trade if they keep a .500 pace, and I truly think they can and will. A starter will be necessary and at least one more reliever, if not two. But ultimately I do wonder if a true CF or DH becomes a target too. -Regardless, we’re gonna be alright. This is a good team and it’s getting better. And with all the shit their fans are talking tonight, they better fucking SWEEP us because I’m keeping receipts and they barely beat a team with half a roster. Keep your chin up. We’re improving rapidly. And this time next year? Things might not be so “friendly” for the North Siders.

Ask Thomas this: if I was “making up” being abused and harassed, then why did he come down from Kentucky to change my locks for me? This blame-the-victim mentality whenever the finger starts pointing at powerful people is exactly what many of us hoped to overcome by exposing things like the Epstein files. But instead, it seems some people only care about victims when it is politically convenient. Are we really going to advocate for women harmed by Epstein while simultaneously shaming women and spreading falsehoods about their experiences because it benefits someone politically? That is what is wrong with politics. That is what is wrong with humanity. People should not have to prove their pain to be treated with basic dignity and honesty.
Marcus Carey@marcuscarey

Thomas Massie has engaged in the most reprehensible act imaginable following the sworn testimony of Cynthia West this past Monday. He has made the public statement, through his spokesperson state representative Steve Doan, that "Ms. West has a documented history of making false abuse allegations. Notably, during the very period she claims to have been involved with Congressman Massie." This is despicable. Why? Because Thomas Massie not only knows this is a false and defamatory statement, but in an email he sent to Cynthia, he attached, the details of the abuse himself. These are contained in the transcript of a conversation Massie had with her ex husband's commanding officer. The horrendous attempt to paint Cynthia as merely "claiming" to be involved with Massie, and having made "false abuse allegations" is irrefutably proven false by Massie's own words. And what makes this even more egregious is the fact that his response to her sworn testimony is to lie and shame her! She not only had to suffer this kind of abuse at the hands of her husband, as Massie himself confirms, but now he is perpetrating the same abuse against her himself! And what is jaw dropping offensive is that this is all coming from a man who created a media event railing against men who abuse women, calling for transparency while exploiting real women victims as a backdrop for his stunt. The depth of depravity in this scurry to deflect and defame should be seen by all women as 100% disqualifying. So now, for all the world to see, here are his words, his own confession that he is every bit the deceitful scoundrel he pretends to hate: "He corrected that to say that he was relieved of his command yesterday morning, and this was, according to him, due to social media posts disparaging to Cynthia West ...And he is saying that it's shameful that I would be seeing somebody within three months of my wife passing away.... he is disparaging me, he's making shameful remarks about Cynthia...he's got a pattern here... he used one social media account to harass Cynthia...he had a restraining order placed against him, and it was while he was under the restraining order, he created the new account to cyberbully Cynthia and made over 100 posts in a day... And my concern is that once you tell -- if you tell him to quit doing this, he's going to try to find another venue, to, or medium in which to do the same thing.... one other concern I have is for Cynthia and her family. I'm not sure if there are any resources that you can mobilize to protect her or to give her because he's -- that's the next thing, it's kind of predictable, I feel like. I know that Cynthia's got a firearm now...and she's genuinely concerned for her safety because this is not a stable individual." Mr. Doan is an attorney and has refused to correct these misrepresentations despite repeated requests, as is his ethical obligation under the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct. Absolutely sickening.

As a kid who grew up on food stamps and free lunch programs, gotta say: some of you are sociopaths for believing kids from poor families shouldn't have access to nice experiences. It's bizarre. Do you'll actually listen when you attend church or just pretend to care about Christ?

Sami Zayn to Johnny Gargano: “Things are changing around here. This place is not what it used to be. You know who feels it the most? Guys like us. Remember wrestling? Remember when wrestling was a thing? When just being great at this and giving it your all, your passion, your heart, and as long as you did it great, the fans would always be on your side, and you were guaranteed to rise cause the cream always rises. Remember when that mattered?” #SmackDown
