Everytime I walk into a @Sephora store in Atlanta not one person greets me or ask if I need help. So I’m confused by the employees getting online talking about their policies. I guess Atlanta is an exception.

@UberEats @Sephora None of the workers want to go to Sephora for $2 pay. This means that your customers will never receive their product because the store will close before they ever find a driver willing to do charity work at their own expense, and then Uber will keep 100% of your money again.

@Sephora please send your Canadian stores the Summer Fridays and Kayali birthday gifts. I’m tired of never getting the gift I want because “we didn’t receive shipment”. I’m a member for a reason 🙄P.S Sephora sales associates, you have my heart💜

@Sephora I WAS ROBBED! This is how Sephora and its customer service operate. I made a purchase online, the shipping company Veho marked it as delivered, took a photo, and stole the product. Even if I provide proof, Sephora isn't responsible for anything. IT'S THEIR SHIPPING SERVICE!

@Sephora I’ve messaged on here, Facebook and Instagram and still haven’t gotten any help. I received my order and when I opened the “It's Giving Nude Lip Makeup Value Set” it was missing the Tarte product, can anyone help me? As my first big Sephora order this is very frustrating
