@eir any chance you could answer broadband faults that have been logged? We are trying to “work from home” but your broadband service is making this impossible. Help
@FitbitSupport How do you do that? I’ve tried one way before but the app still crashes. I don’t want this silly Bitmoji screen - i just want to be able to change it back not waste further hours of my day
@QTBird84 Sorry for the delay in response. Thanks for informing us that you have both Snapchat and Bitmoji. In the meantime, may we know the model of the phone you're using and it's OS version? We'll wait for your reply.
@QTBird84 Hi there. We're here to help you with this. If you haven't done anything yet, we suggest trying to force close the Fitbit App, restart your phone, ensure that your Fitbit App is running the latest version and check if the issue persists. Keep us posted.
@FitbitSupport Hi I tried all of thr above and more and there is still an issue- it will not let me enter the app area to change to a new watch face and then crashes. This is extremely frustrating - I have spent hours trying to sort this tonight. The latest release is causing issues for a lot😤
@FitbitSupport@jordanLeahXx Same has happened to me - the app crashes and didn’t fully connect to the new watch face. I can’t change face back as app constantly crashes
