The stock started the year with a lower valuation, as the market was pricing it like it had almost no growth levers beyond its flagship Cheesecake Factory locations. What’s underappreciated is that $CAKE has multiple proven restaurant concepts in its portfolio — Flower Child, North Italia, and Fox Restaurant Concepts — which should provide strong earnings visibility going forward. @FindleysFinance These stocks are extremely rate sensitive. The good CPI for sure helped them. If inflation does better and the Fed gets more dovish, these small caps should do well.

It's about time small caps begin outperforming again. Pretty typical after long periods of underperformance.
