It’s super cringe when management announces a handful of people for “perfect attendance” on every platform possible and at morning dls and really makes the effort to make everyone else feel like shit for being sick or you know, because shit happens in life sometimes. 🙄

How does your store handle airpod audio diagnostic? Do you check them in and have someone run diags? Or do you take appointment, run audio diags, if failed then do paperwork and swap them out?

@FRSwoes @ExpertShizzle Like why not just average the amount of call outs you get a day and then schedule said amount (10% call outs, 10% more coverage) so in the event the 10% call out, we have it covered. If the show up, we have legit ability to support walkins

@Queue_Queen @ExpertShizzle Yeah, it’s down versus 2019 numbers. Because we are still in a pandemic despite Apples best tries of ignoring that fact. we got multiple technicians ready to be promoted with no spot in sight unless someone quits.

@FRSwoes @ExpertShizzle Not only that but we’ve spent the last 2.5 years turning people away or giving them different resources (apple support, AASP, etc) due to store closures and limited in store employees and so people got used to going to other places
